3 outdoor pickleball courts, that belong to Heritage Ranch Owners Association, in San Luis Obispo County, California near the southeast shoreline of Lake Nacimiento. It is a master planned community. Heritage Ranch has three world-class Pickle Ball Courts (near the pool). Call the Main Gatehouse at 805-238-9641 option 2 for access information. The two (2) tennis courts at Equestrian Park were fully rebuilt and resurfaced in April 2020. They are regularly maintained and offer the nearness of park and pool play areas. Court Hours: Dawn to Dusk. No lights. Court hours are subject to change based on current weather and court conditions.

Heritage Park is located on Heritage Road and includes our largest pool and sport court area. The Heritage Park playground was fully renovated in 2020, as well as the Basketball Court. The very popular pickleball courts are located at Heritage Park, in addition to dog park. Heritage Park is the largest of the parks on Heritage Ranch and is centrally located on Heritage Rd. Featuring the largest swimming pool, plus the pickleball courts, the basketball court, and the fully fenced dog park. The pool is open for summer season, with special hours set aside for lap swimming. The courts support homeowners community and are well maintained following a renovation in 2020.

The Pickleball community is robust at The Ranch, there are three well maintained pickleball courts. The resurfaced basketball courts are right next to the Pickleball courts at Gateway Park too.

BASKETBALL COURTS
The basketball court at Heritage Park was fully rebuilt and resurfaced in July/August 2020.

SWIMMING POOL
The Heritage Park pool was officially opened on October 11, 2003, and was fully resurfaced in April 2020. An extensive new solar system was added to heat the pool in 2005, which allows us to maintain a water temperature at around 82 degrees during the summer season. The Heritage Park Pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for lap swim and from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for open swim every day. The pool is closed during the off season each year, which begins around October 1 and ends Memorial Day weekend.
