Positive Reviews:
Taminko B: ★★★★★
Great, beautiful location. My son does group tennis lessons and tournaments here and we love the convenience and kind, helpful staff.
Joe T: ★★★★★
Great tournament experience, parking isn't easy and a slanted driveway in and out so drive carefully. Great staff and courts.
YUCHEN JIA: ★★★★★
Quiet place, nice people and lots of courts! Six of them have lights.
Michael Woods: ★★★★
I went to see a former tennis student play in a tournament. This is an old club in need of some updates.
Neutral Reviews:
Rob M: ★★★
Good Luck finding the place or finding anyone to talk to about joining.
Liam McGlynn: ★★★
Advertised as a tennis and "swim" club, but has a tiny swimming pool. It has a fine facility.
Negative Reviews:
Stephanie Zhang: ★
Played pickleball there. The view is beautiful, but the courts had horrible dead zones and cracks that led the ball to frequently bounce weirdly or just die. Incredibly frustrating and not conducive to serious play

Parents of young players please Read- Very poor tournament experience – unprofessional and frustrating. We recently participated in a junior tournament at Lafayette Tennis Club, and it was one of the most frustrating and poorly managed experiences we’ve had in youth tennis. As a parent of an 8-year-old player, I was shocked by how disorganized and unprofessional the entire event was. Matches were delayed for hours with no clear communication. There was no accountability from the organizers, no updates for parents, and absolutely no respect for our time or the players’ needs. Kids were left waiting around in the heat with zero guidance or structure. It was chaotic and clearly showed a lack of planning and care. Even worse, the staff seemed either overwhelmed or indifferent — not once did we feel that our concerns were being heard. The environment was far from supportive or encouraging, especially for young kids just starting out in competitive tennis. Many other parents we spoke with had similar complaints, which sadly matched the negative Google reviews we had seen before. We had hoped those reviews were exaggerated, but they were spot on. This club needs a serious overhaul in how it runs its tournaments and how it treats families. We will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism or a positive experience for young players.
MDK K: ★
Poorly run youth tournaments. They offer frequent events but the one slacker guy running the event would show up late each day and “forgot to tell us” when an opponent cancelled his match. We had to wait an extra 90 min @ the end of an already long day at this horrid facility. All the stories about bathrooms, seating and parking are true. They pack in big numbers of entrants but can’t manage them. Stay away!!
ovidiu roatis: ★
This place is a dump. Just a money mill for junior tournaments with questionable ethics, virtually no bathrooms or other normal facilities, zero flexibility or support. Avoid, there are other, much nicer and better run events in the area.
J L: ★
horrible place for USTA. no response no matter what questions you have. no water.
Justin Parnell: ★
The courts have massive dead zones, and ridges. Almost no ball bounces the same from shot to shot. Glad I visited before considering joining.
Patti Fleming: ★
If I could review with a zero, I certainly would. Their Porta potties are always filled with poop and paper along with urine. It is simply revolting.
Jennifer Tang: ★
We went there for a kids’ USTA tournament and were not allowed to sit in the ‘club house’ while waiting for the kids. And the club house itself was literally just a mobile modular. Those courts overlapped with pickle ball markings are so confusing and shouldn’t be used for matches.

My family joined this club for tennis, and before we signed up, we were informed by the coach that the membership included access to the ball machine. However, while we were using the ball machine, the owner approached us and stated that we needed a separate membership to use the ball machine. I can understand that there might have been miscommunication among the staff. However, the owner then told me that my shoes did not look like tennis shoes and asked to see the soles of my shoes. He claimed they were not tennis shoes and asked me to leave the court. This was extremely humiliating. Moreover, I was not even there to play tennis but to help my child with the ball machine. I immediately canceled my membership and will never return to this club.
Zachary Worthington: ★
Regarding little kid tennis lessons- the kids are barely visible during the lesson and the parents are asked to wait on a gravel walkway with a splintery railing no shade if they want to have any view of the kids. The parking lot and walkway are in disarray (see photo of protrusion that could damage the front of any car). There is no evidence of care of this experience. Perhaps an empty court to stage visitors? Any consideration would be better than the current experience. We are pulling our kids from these lessons.
Devin Redmond: ★
I have to say I agree with other reviewers who have had a sub-par experience. This is quite a strange place with portable trailers serving as a clubhouse, which we are apparently not allowed to use to watch our kids’ tennis matches. We’re here for a 4-hour USTA event and all the parents are standing on the gravel in the parking lot because staff will not allow anyone to sit in the 30 chairs in the elevated viewing area. There also appear to be various unfinished construction projects going on (maybe remnants of the facilities that burned in the fire a couple years ago?) including a grading project with rebar sticking out of the hillside. In my opinion, the USTA should find somewhere else to host their junior events.
Baley Gabel: ★★
Courts are cracked/slanted, the USTA employees for tournaments here are lazy and rude, and the people that come play here are stuck up and rude also. Avoid this place like the plague.
