Temecula has some terrific parks with outstanding amenities. At the top of the list is Margarita Park. To quote Uncle Rico, “if I could only go back in time”. He proved that was not possible so we enjoy these fantastic parks through the eyes of our grandchildren. Margarita Park is a fantastic place to let the kids cool off. They have one of the nicest splash pads we have ever seen. So many water features that are not only fun but also very unique. Within the fenced splash pad is also a large playground with everything to keep the kids occupied and happy. The park has a pool, roller rink, dog park, pickleball courts, restrooms, shade, sports fields, etc. Margarita Park is a well planned community park and would stand out in any community. Our first visit will not be our last. With 7 grandkids we will be returning and enjoying the amenities this well planned out park has to offer.

We came specifically to play pickleball and the courts here are awesome! They have 4 dedicated pickleball courts with permanent lines, nets, and lights. There is also a tennis court with PB lines and ability to convert with temp nets. We came on a Sunday and all 4 courts were full, so we started on the tennis court. The people are very friendly and a young couple invited us to play with them (despite the fact that we're absolute beginners!) and it was great fun. PB is all the craze and we understood that the courts would probably be full, so we were happy to have been able to play on a busy weekend. The park is beautiful, with two large playgrounds and a fantastic water/splash pad. There is lots of parking, shade and restrooms, and the whole area is gated. We look forward to returning to this fabulous park with our grandkids...and to play lots more pickleball!
Roger Lau: ★★★★★
Nice, clean, well lit sports park with softball, tennis, outdoor roller hockey rink, pickle ball, playground, and splash park within the playground. Parking can be challenging on busy nights with multiple sports going at the same time. Playground: Gated playground. Restrooms: Fairly clean restrooms. Picnic area: There are tables/benches in the playground and a couple more tables just outside underneath covering.
Carolyn Trammell: ★★★★★
In from out of town this week! What times do people play pickleball in the mornings? Start times please? Evening times too? Level 3.5 player looking to play all week. Thanks in advance!!
Jessica Stinson: ★★★★★
Great park for families or singles. The fenced in jungle gym and splashed pad for children is great! The pickle ball courts are a great workout, and the hockey rink is also great to break in some skates!

Wanted to get some pickleball experience and I definitely did, this place is hopping with pickleball enthusiasts. I consider myself a beginner and they welcome me with open arms. I will definitely be going to this park in the near future for more pickleball activity. People were very friendly.

They have a pickleball court and a wonderful playground. The playground is gated so it gives you a little piece of mind. The playground is also great for big kids and little kids. My kids had a blast and so did I.
Manny Llanura: ★★★★★
This park has the only pickleball courts in Temecula at this time. They have 4 courts and an additional tennis court that also converts to another 4 pickleball courts. The pickleball community is welcoming and organized.

Splash pad is not running due to construction :( no notices about when it's expected to be up & running again.
Lynea Tomlinson: ★★★
Amazing playground but make sure your child has pants and sleeves on while playing. The poison the park uses to kill germs caused my daughter to have chemical burns on her exposed legs immediately after playing at this playground.

a great place to come and bring your kids really awesome about the splash park also that's here I'm personally I feel parents need to watch their kids more and they need to teach their kids to keep their hands to themselves and not to touch other people's children I had one little girl grab my infant daughter who's not even a year old by her arm on the boat that she was playing at and when this was brought to light and I let some of the guards there that were on the hour watching everyone they just kind of shrugged it off but parents need to pay much more attention to their kids and teach him much better behavior in manners. And to keep their hands to themselves.

This is my absolute favorite park I but was really disappointed on how they are operating the splash pad right now. They are only letting a certain number of kids in at a time due to covid, which first of all doesn't make sense. They don't care how many kids come to the park and touch all of the same equipment and how many kids come in contact with each other but they are worried about it when it comes to the kids playing in the chlorinated water.....um ok. There was a line and you had to wait until other kids came out to go in. I wasnt allowed to go in because it was over capacity and my daughter wouldn't have been able to go in and play so I had to stand on the other side of fence while her and her dad went in. So lame. What kid is going to want to stop playing on the splash pad? I know mine doesn't come out until I make her come out. If they are going to do it this way then they need to put a time limit on how long the kids are in there to be fair. Otherwise you have to stand in line for 50 minutes until they shut it down to sanitize it, which again is weird because it is constantly being sprayed with chlorinated water. Some of these covid rules make no sense.

Honestly was a fun place had a blast with family and the kids unfortunately some other children unsupervised who were on the outside of the park decided to vandalize both the men and women's restrooms and harass kids.

Don’t come for the tennis courts. They’ve been converted for pickle ball.
Charles Tyler: ★★
You should make all water parks the same so when you come here it's not crowded with 100 people from across town cause there water park sucks.
Diane Sanchez: ★★
There's no dog park here . There's no fenced area for dogs.
