There's so much to do! For instance, play a pickleball, bring your doggie to a dog park, bring your kids to a play ground, throw a picnic party, etc... Playground: Kids would like it. Dog-friendliness: Dog park for large and small dogs. Picnic area: Everywhere
Ellen Fleischmann Silvers: ★★★★★
Lovely, enormous park with pickle ball courts and a fenced, off-leash dog area. Lots of shade in the dog park.
John Welborn: ★★★★★
Great park for picnics, parties and pickleball! What a view of the Topa Topa's
Adriana Almazan: ★★★★★
Clean & beautiful. Unfortunately the area has a lot of goffers, and other wildlife roaming around so watch out for holes and poop in the grass areas. Playground: Clean and for all ages. Restrooms: Clean. Dog-friendliness: Yes. Picnic area: Yes
Calla Gold: ★★★★★
This park is so spacious and beautiful. Long lawns to run around on and shady grass areas to relax on. The play equipment is very old school fifties and artistic. There's the metal rocket your kid can climb up into, with views of the gorgeous park. Brave adults can too if you can squeeze your adult shoulders through. The views is nice. There's also a yellow submarine they can climb around in and swings. At the end of the park is a area for horses to gather when they're doing events and shows. The trees are tall and beautiful and spaced around for shade on a hot day. There are a number of shaded multi picnic tabled group event areas that are very well put together. Each of the group areas was clean and neat. It's just a little jewel of a park. Along the back edge of the park is a nice little horse trail that we took our mountain bikes on. It's not that long, but it's very shaded and pretty.

Beautiful park here in Ojai with clean bathrooms and hand soap, pet area, playgrounds, pavilion for parties, seats, benches and sink/wash area. Lots of grown trees for shade, plenty of parking, the sun setting over the mountains offers a beautiful sight to enjoy in the afternoon.

Event area #4, reservation required. Areas 1-4 are enclosed and have access to a sink and electricity. Playground: Playgrounds are in between the large picnic area. Standard stuff like side and swings. Restrooms: Restrooms are about 50ft from large picnic areas. Dog-friendliness: Large open area for dogs to run around. Picnic area: Covered areas reservation required. Smaller single picnic bench available first come first serve.

This park is so spacious!! Great for bbqing or family reunions or any type of party! Plenty of space without another party feeling crowded...there's also a playground for the kids and a place for horseshoes.
Jenn Jackson: ★★★★★

Nice well kept park. Also has horse facility’s near back of park
Jill Breitner: ★★★★
A hidden gem in Ojai. A dog park for big and small dogs, low use. What’s great about this park is that the host doesn’t care if you have your dogs off leash in the rest of the park. The locals know this and told me the host doesn’t care. If your dog is friendly enjoy the 100 acres of beautiful lawns with your friendly dogs. Gave it a 4 because the host is not friendly pretty much stays holed up in his spot at the far end of the park. Rangers come irregularly and will tell you the rules but locals say they never ticket anyone. Enjoy this little slice of heaven when you and your dogs are in Ojai. Playground: Lots of shade and two kids areas. Restrooms: Clean. Dog-friendliness: Beautiful lawns that all the locals let their friendly dogs off leash on and say the host doesn’t care. Also a dog park for small and big dogs but host doesn’t ever come to clean up so be sure to clean up after your dog so everyone can enjoy. Picnic area: Lots of tables spread out and beautiful views.

Nice well kept park with plenty of shaded clean picnic tables. Fee for car entry.

I am from Ojai. I was there when it was quaint and Signal St was the only signal in town. When you could still tie your horse at a local pub to go have a beer. The town was sweet and quiet and we loved our community. The reason I tell you this is Los Angeles and the rich moved in to our town and now a 2 bedroom home is at least a million five! And where we used to have free music in the park at Soule park. It now costs $75 to use a picnic table. So what was a 5 star park now charges you to have a family get together...

Cash only to park here. The only municipal/county park I've ever been to that pays for entry. There's no shortage of spots either.. what are the tax dollars for if it's not covering the parks department??
Danny ter Haar: ★★
The only official dog park in Ojai and it is payed parking?!
