Shandra Ortega: ★★★★★
Such a beautiful park! All the trees are just beautiful! The baseball fields are nice, the tennis courts are nice, playground is always full of kiddos happily playing on it! There’s a basketball hoop, wall ball, a little work out area. So many things to do. Enjoy a nice walk around the park and surrounding neighborhood. Plenty of off street parking if/when parking lot is full. Plenty of shade, a few picnic tables. My only only complaint is well…..the restroom! I’m not sure about the men’s but goodness the women’s could use a bit more of an upkeep, maybe some soap so you can properly wash your hands when done in bathroom. Other than that I’d have to say it’s one of my favorite parks here in Stockton! Playground: Seems to keep kiddos distracted and having fun for hours! Restrooms: Definitely needs some upkeep! The only thing I dislike about the park! Dog-friendliness: On leash dog walking is very popular at this park! Picnic area: Nice and shaded! Cemented picnic tables

This park its very family friendly. It has two playgrounds ome for big kids and one for smaller kids. I really like the big trees that provide shade while you enjoy am afternoon on the grass. At the moment there's a basketball court that is missing a backboard, but there's a few more to play with. Tennis court looks nice and better taken care of than others I've been to.

A loves to exercise and he has this awesome park about 15 minutes from husband G's apartment. The park is open and safe. Safe is not a normal thing in Stockton so it was pleasantly surprising this huge park is so scenic, clean and safe. A feels confident he won't get murdered walking or jogging through so that's a good thing. Tennis courts, some hoops and a nice trail in an upscale neighborhood, Fritz Grupe Park makes living in Stockton a touch better and does it's namesake proud.

Also, a little sandpit for horseshoes, bean bag toss, etc. Baseball/Softball fields too. Pretty clean park too. Plenty of room to just go and have fun!

I've been coming to this park ever since I was little, the major part is the basketball ball court asphalt, it's a good place to play basketball, but there are big cracks on the ground that people can trip and fall on. The cracks of the basketball court floor cracks needs to be filled and sealed in!
Melinda Wynn: ★★★★★
A nice park, in a good area. Lots of trees. Basketball courts, playground for 12 and under as well as a toddler play area with more swings, etc. Exercise area, benches and picnic tables, bbq pits. Restrooms, and baseball diamonds. Good place to " walk some laps." I dont take my grandkids to any other park.

First off I would have given 5 stars except it's a huge park with only one bathroom and it's disgusting. Very inconvenient if you are by the playgrounds. Otherwise it's a beautiful park. Tennis courts, baseball, basketball 3 playgrounds for kids. Lots of trees for shade and the park itself is clean and No homeless people hanging around. Playground: There are 3 very nice playgrounds. Restrooms: 1 no seats and very dirty in the morning not many people yet.. Dog-friendliness: Great for dogs. Picnic area: Lots of picnic tables
Peter Peter: ★★★

The basketball courts are filled with deep cracks and the lights don't even come on like they use to.... Really miss that... especially in the winter when the time changes
