I love the flowers and the landscaping, but there is a massive issue with mosquitos. You can’t go outside without getting absolutely eaten by them. They likely come from the flooding that happens every single night. They’re always working on the sprinkler system but because of the way the sidewalks are, all of the water will always pool so bad that you actually HAVE to walk in the wet grass at night to get anywhere, because it’s going to get you less wet than the sidewalks, which hold several inches of water in places. The sidewalks need redone entirely to prevent this, along with some form of proper drainage. The mosquitoes are a nightmare and need to be eliminated. The roaches aren’t ideal either, but they do seem to spray for those and keep those under control (ish).

For some reason the complex is prone to power outages. Within a period of 5 months we had multiple outages with one lasting 9 hours and the most recent is 12 hours. Lost all food and perishables. Lots of money lost. It is only localized to this complex and another across the street. Will be looking for another place because this is just ridiculous. I've never experienced anything like this in my 50 years.

first of all, this place is expensive for a bug infested place. Bedbugs, horrible management. they never come when you ask for maintenance. they onky want your money. they made us pay two months rent even after we notified them we were moving out the following month. 30 days notice and still charged us for the rent for the next rent. Smh these people are greedy. when you call them to let them know about bugs and they didnt seem to care.

First off, way to pricey for out dated apartments! Other people don't have respect for other people, ie.. slamming the pool gates at all hours of the night, one of my neighbors drinks all night and is loud, no one knows how to close their doors, what I mean is everyone likes to slam things, play loud music, walls are paper thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors conversations. Ohhh and management like to come in to your apartment every 3 months even if your home or not, but it's only certain apartments... I never see them go to any of the apartments next to ours. If I were you I would definitely take my money else where. I mean sure you're gonna run into problems anywhere you go buttt... I would just avoid living here, unless you like section 8 living at a high cost!
