Love this tucked away park in the La Canada/ Glendale area. -Cute dogs and friendly owners -Tennis court. But not lighted :( -A park that actually has lots of shade and you're not going to collapse from the heat. - Park kept clean and is big enough to explore. -Seating available so you have the option to sit. Yay! -Plenty of parking

Well if you live in the La Crescenta area, Dunsmore Park is neighborhood park is great for your little kids. It even has it own tennis court. This park is quite hidden unless you live in this neighborhood. It was very clean and had a large parking lot for park patrons. I noticed three different playground sets for children of all ages, particularly for the 2-5 range. I even noticed a restroom facility at this park. In addition, there is also a baseball field on the other side of this park.

This is one of Glendale/La Crescenta best parks. It sits in the foothills so the park has terraces and slopes which make it fun to roll down the hills ( not a opps oh my God type but on your side saying weeee!) The park has two playgrounds, one tennis court and a baseball field. It also has many great places to picnic and have small gatherings. I've been coming here with my children for 25+ years. This was always our go to park. Close to a bunch of to go restaurants like Yaki's, it makes it a great place to relax, unnwind and enjoy your lunch. They also have a wading pool (think it's still there) located between the two playgrounds, perfect for the little ones.

This is a great park for everyday playing as well as for party activities. We were able to play lasertag and we had the rec room available for the food and drinks, it worked well to shade us from the heat. It has a tennis court, playground, and a baseball field. There are also some walking trails through the park. Great place to picnic or bring the kids to play. Playground: Well kept playground. Picnic area: There are several picnic areas

Have been coming here for years. Plenty of picnic tables & barbecue grills throughout the park for everybody. There's more then one play ground for the kids. Baseball field & also tennis courts. There's 2 big clean restrooms. The park is actually so big that you forget about the other side of it.

There is a baseball field and a tennis court, the children playground has been updated. It's a good little park on a slope facing Southwest. The park has large old sycamore trees ponderosa trees, and redwoods.

A quaint park with many mature trees, a tennis court, a baseball field, two kids' play areas, and lots of picnic tables. They even have a freshly renovated community room that can be rented for parties etc.I also love the unique masonry with embedded metal objects.

It was nice and bigger than I expected. It had a pool for kids (although it was empty) play equipment and slides both for toddlers and small kids and nice seats. The bathrooms we're cleaner than in other parks and what was unexpected it had soap. It also have a tennis court and alley for walking. Also, the parking lot was big. I really enjoyed my visit over there

Dunsmore Park holds a special place in my heart as a place of cherished childhood memories and now as a favorite destination for family outings with my own kids. With two expansive play areas catering to different age groups, it’s the perfect spot for children to unleash their energy and imagination. The well-kept baseball field adds to the charm, offering opportunities for sports enthusiasts to enjoy a game or two. One of the highlights of Dunsmore Park is its abundance of benches scattered throughout the grounds, providing ideal spots for picnics or simply taking in the scenery. I have fond memories of the recreational room where my mother hosted my dad’s 50th birthday party decades ago, showcasing its versatility as a venue for special occasions. While the park’s hilly terrain and slightly uneven concrete may pose a challenge for toddlers like my 1.5-year-old, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the overall enjoyment Dunsmore Park offers. For families seeking a blend of nostalgia and outdoor fun, Dunsmore Park is an absolute gem worth visiting time and time again.

Great park to watch a kids baseball game. Facilities are outdated but fine. Not in terms of function but look. I kinda like the stone facade. That said the parking loop is difficult to see at night so make sure u don’t go the wrong way. The exit is this big stone looking monstrosity out of a movie. Cool place. My guess is I like this place more bc our team won ;) hahaha
