Best Tennis courts in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County for 2026

This park is a great spot for pretty much everyone. It's got loads of space, making it feel never too crowded. The basketball and tennis courts, along with two baseball fields, mean there’s always a game to join or watch. Dog owners will love how welcoming it is for their furry friends, and the vibe is super friendly overall. There are bathrooms, so no worries about long days out, and it's packed with fun stuff for kids and teens to do. If you're looking to get active or just hang out, this park's got you covered.

The park was fairly clean and welcoming. I arrived after work about 6pm to fly my drones and there were a lot of families out enjoying themselves. Dog area was a little crowded. Overall much improved after the homeless were moved off Poinsettia and into housing.

Great Place to play with your dog, family and sports like tennis. The park attendants are strict on playing on the pay to play courts. Not the best back board for playing alone.

Poinsettia Recreation Center is such a gem! It has everything—basketball, tennis, baseball, and even some gym equipment. There’s tons of open space, perfect for a field day or just letting the dogs run around. The handball courts are a nice touch too. It’s got that great local, neighborhood vibe, and it always feels really safe. Whether you’re looking to sit and relax in the sun or get active with some sports, Poinsettia has a bit of everything. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors and soak in some good energy. Definitely a great place to spend time with friends or family!

i love it. sometimes i take me dog to the park and we pick up tennis balls left on the street. he gets so excited everytime we go to the park. he gets so silly i love him🤪
