There are plenty of things to do at this park. You have two playgrounds for the youngsters, tennis/pickleball courts, tennis wall for practicing alone, three different baseball fields and a specialized field for the disabled/mental, there a lot of walking areas a pond is included, public benches with BBQsand a artificial football pitch(sorry, not gonna call is soccer). Playground: Two playgrounds, the older one at the Novak entrance and the newer one at the McDowell entrance. Restrooms: Public restroom for both men's and women's. Dog-friendliness: Lots of open areas for dogs to run and play. Picnic area: Lots of picnic benches with BBQs

Nice little park in Petaluma. Has a lake for fishing or remote control boats. Has tennis courts, baseball fields, soccer fields. It has picnic tables and barbecues. Dogs are welcome on leash. Great spot for parties or a quick walk with the dog. Playground: It has a good sized playground. Restrooms: Unsure of bathrooms. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are okay on leash

Nice size park that has many amenities including brand new tennis courts, sports fields, two rec center with activities held there, large fountain, playgrounds-one covered & one open, and walking/biking trail. Bathrooms are limited. Usually has a good number of people occupying it. Playgrounds don’t have many kids using them.

You can fish in the springtime into early summer in the pond, handball, soccer, Little League, tennis... It's been an outstanding spot in Petaluma for decades. Mind the homeless on the North end by the creek and be sure to lock your car if you park in the South lot by the handball courts. Nothing different and out of the ordinary just common sense but this place is great!
Hemu Aggarwal: ★★★★★
A great place to practice handball or even tennis.
Patrick Fennell: ★★★★★
Great Park to walk, fish, or hang out. There are baseball fields, a soccer field, handball courts, tennis courts, and playgrounds. This is one of the most open, inviting, and friendly parks in the area. Except for the geese, they hate everyone and everything except bread.

This is a good community center and a nice pond for the ducks too. There is a good kids playground and a tennis wall.

This park keeps getting better. Lots of construction going on here (January 2019), but it's going to be dope when it's done. There's a disc golf course 😁. Tennis courts, handball courts, baseball fields, soccer fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, grills, a lake you can fish in. Goose poop, like, everywhere. I just saw 2 swans. This is where people come during local disasters. A real community center. There's also a Senior Center.
David Hearrell: ★★★★
Great place to take your kids. There's a huge duck pond also with geese and other water fowl. There is two separate playgrounds for the kids. A good walk around the pond while you can feed the birds. There is two baseball fields and a soccer field. Also there is tennis courts with a backboard for practicing. Also there is a public restroom. Then on Tuesdays( weather permitting ) there are vendors selling there items as organic foods and entertainment for kids. EBT. I believieve is accepted with 2 for 1 on the food items.
John Temple: ★★★★★
There's a large pond with ducks, a park structure and swings for kids, racket ball courts and tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields. Great place for picnics and BBQ's, shopping center located across the main Street and friendly surrounding neighborhoods

Nice park with disc golf, lake, baseball, tennis courts, and a park... unfortunately the geese rule the park (lots o poop).
TYLER RUPIPER: ★★★
Needs more ev charging. Always hogged up with only 3 available stations. Hopefully the city puts more in some day…
Negative Reviews:
J Fitch: ★★
I used to love this park before all the construction and tacky ghilotti colors. The disc golf was removed along with an area of grass and trees that previously tied things together and made it feel more natural. There is bird feces and garbage everywhere. You can see up to 3 foot groupings of trash in the water. Ive found syringes on the ground. The tennis courts are often taken up for soccer games and it just seems to trashy to enjoy any more. The community needs to step in and arrange trash pickup days and scan the areas for needles before you let your kids play.
