Summary / Description

5 hard court pickleball courts in an outdoor arena. Great place to play pickleball, free from 9am-2pm, Mon-Thur., and Monday night for seniors 4pm-7pm. Good venue. Only drawback is that the exit doors are small. The sports complex consists of a 35,000 SF main building, housing three combination indoor basketball/volleyball courts, 3 Indoor Basketball/Volleyball Courts, 20,000 SF Covered Pavilion, 3 Outdoor Basketball Courts, Outdoor Patios, and Multi-Purpose Rooms, snack shop, and great location with plenty of parking.

RC Sports Center has 5 outdoor covered lined courts with temporary nets with lights. It is located on Rochester Ave, across the street from the Loan Mart (aka Quakes) Stadium. Hours are as follows. Pay to play fees are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for youth.

Monday: 8am - 12:30pm free play, 1pm - 4:30pm pay to play.
4:30pm - 7:30pm Senior Pickleball Club (50+). Free to play but registration is required. Inquire at the front desk.
Tuesday: 8am - 12:30pm free play, 1pm - 8pm pay to play
Wednesday: 8am - 12:30pm free play, 1pm - 8pm pay to play
Thursday: 8am - 12:30pm free play, 1pm - 8pm pay to play
Friday: 1pm - 8pm pay to play
Saturday: pickleball courts closed
Sunday: 1pm - 5pm pay to play

RC Sports Center Rules

* Use the white board located on the south side of the courts to sign-up to play.
* Please only write your name on the white board ONCE and if you are not currently playing.
* When other players are waiting, players are expected to play ONE GAME and then rotate out.
* If there is a group ahead of yours with less than 4 players, allow the group to fill their empty slots. DO NOT SKIP GROUPS AHEAD OF YOU.
* City of Rancho Cucamonga programs have priority use of the courts. These programs include the weekday lessons and Pickleball Club for seniors on Monday evenings.
* No alcoholic beverages can be consumed at the outdoor courts.
General rules of play at the RC Sports Center (RCSC) and Red Hill Park (RH) pickleball courts.
Court Etiquette

* All pickleball courts are open play. All 4 players must rotate out for the next 4 players.
* When other players are waiting, players are expected to play one game to 11 points and then rotate out.
* Players utilizing the courts non-competitively for practice or drilling should rotate out after 20 minutes of use.
* If there is a paddle(s) waiting, even though there are empty courts, good etiquette would have the players that just finished playing invite the waiting player(s) to mix in.
* Please be respectful, welcoming and inclusive of all players of all skill levels.
* Abusive language will not be tolerated on or around the courts.

Court Safety

* Only Pickleball is allowed on the Pickleball courts.
* No skates, skateboards or bikes are allowed.
* Athletic shoes must be worn. Eye protection is highly recommended.
* Do not walk behind or in a court when the ball is in play.
* When your ball rolls onto another court, shout out 'Ball on court'. Wait for the other court's players to stop play and send your ball back.
