JSVP is a beautiful retreat for a solo stroll or a family gathering. From a library to playgrounds, walking trails, skate park, volleyball ball, tennis, pickle ball, soccer field, and disc golf, this park has it all. There are a couple of shaded BBQ areas along with adequate trash cans. I believe there is a leash rule in regards to dogs, but always keep those eyes peeled and ears perked for rogue dog owners abiding by their own rules. Great public escape none the less.

I love this park especially for the tennis and pickleball courts. They have pickleball lines painted on all 3 courts so you can play either game. There's lots of grassy areas for family picnics, a water play area for the little ones, and even a skate park for the teens and tennis courts for the adults. Tennis courts (marked lines for paddle tennis too), basketball court, roller hockey ring, bike/skate park, 18 hole disc course (frolf and there is a rental and purchase shop on site), two huge dog parks (1 for small dogs, 1 for big dogs), playground for smaller and bigger kids, walking/running/bike trail in and around the entire park. Nice big open grass area. Nearby football field (not sure its a part of the park system but people use it). And yes bathrooms which are kept clean.
