Well maintained courts with restrooms and benchs. Wasn't very busy on the weekday afternoon I went, but can be different on weekends. There are schools near by that might also reserve those courts for practice and matches. Also, there are houses right next to the courts, be aware if you tend to hit fly balls. Courts also tend to pool water on the corner courts during rainy days.
