Nacho Mama: ★★★★★
A beautiful park in Santa Maria, ca. We had my uncles services there at a beautiful spit we rented for the day at the park. We were by a beautiful fountain and duck pond , I noticed they have pony rides and pickle ball and playgrounds, plenty of clean bathrooms and lots of space!
Steve Webb: ★★★★★
Great park for softball and pickle ball. Love the facility. Also has a playground for the kids.
Mark & Dian Smith: ★★★★★
Nice, clean park with lots of recreational activities. frisbee golf, pickleball, picnic areas, and baseball fields.
Jeramey C: ★★★★★
Lots to do at Waller! They have horses for the kids to ride (only open certain days/times), pickleball, several playgrounds, a dog park, and tons of picnic tables (large BBQ/picnic areas must be reserved). It's also got a pretty famous 27-hole disc golf course.
Stephen P: ★★★★
Nice Pickleball courts!
Emily Waters: ★★★★★
This is a big park! It's very lovely. To big children's play areas. Lots of parking. The grounds are clean and well maintained. We had a great time playing around out here. Dog park, walking trail, tennis area, lots of outdoor grill areas, and a big pavilion. Will definitely return!
phil Gutierrez: ★★★★
Place is great, but a little more money for tennis courts or a nice basket ball court. A running path?
Alexandro Muñoz: ★★★★
Great park, plenty of parking. Plenty of walk paths in great condition. If you want to work out, take your kids to play or walk your dog. Celebrate a birthday or throw an outdoor party, this might be the place for you. Reservations might be required for barbecues and for big parties. Playground: Very nice playground. Restrooms: There's plenty of restrooms. Dog-friendliness: Lots of people walking their dogs, great to walk them on a leash due to other pets and animals present. Picnic area: Lots of space for picnic and barbecues
Kathleen Valerio: ★★★★
A group I belong to rented a section for an onsite picnic. We were near the little lakes. A few kids were fishing (not sure what's in there) There's ducks and swans, a section where kids jump on rocks. Farther over was a play structure and restrooms which were clean and well stocked. Lots of onsite parking and walking paths. Word has it this park used to be a golf course which explains its sprawling nature. Lots of different places to meet up or just lie on the grass. Food was catered. Some folks set up to play music. Playground: Climbing structures are scattered all over. Restrooms: Clean and well stocked. Picnic area: Lots of tables for large gatherings

The park itself is beautiful. It has plenty of room for BBQs then it has the duck pond which is very nice to watch, its also a perfect place for a good run and it has a great dog area. I just wish the city had a strict rule as far as feeding and protecting the ducks. I constantly see kids and teens (with their parents aside) kicking and pulling on the ducks and they think its funny, while the parents just watch. The park rangers are there for looks because many times they are around and i have yet to see any of them approach any of these kids or parents. Not to mention families bring human food and feed it to the ducks.
Brandi J: ★★★
Park is clean and beautiful. Parents of playground kids THIS IS NOT A GDAMN DAYCARE! You still need to supervise and discipline appropriately. My 2 year old got knocked over on the small child side of the playground 3 separate times by the same group of little 7-8 year old heathens.
Laurina Dickson: ★★★
It was an okay experience...traveled for work. My first room was over the pool and the bed was vibrating from the filtration system...which like, cool if that's you're thing but it's not mine. They moved me rooms but I had to sleep in a queen instead of the king I had booked. One of the female front desk staff was pretty rude for seemingly no reason, which was kinda a bummer. But, it was clean and relatively comfortable so...fine I guess.
Pat Chaney: ★★★
The park is beautiful, much larger than expected. They DO NOT have enough restrooms. I recently attended a Memorial Service there. I was surprised at the size of the park & all the great children's areas. Not enough RESTROOMS.
Danielle S: ★★★
The parks is nice to take you kids and you can even go see the ducks. The BBQ areas are nice for different occasions. The only thing needed here would be more bathrooms.
sara: ★★★
It's a great park, it's just that people dont listen and over feed the ducks. Therefore, at the end of the day the water looks very green, almost turning yellow because of the poop
Eric Talaska: ★★★
Park host kicks everybody out in a rude manner at sunset and doesn't even wait until dusk. That could be as early as 430
Bonnie White: ★★★
Great park, but not enough bathrooms.
Kristen Briney: ★★★
It was a terrifying experience.... never bring bread to feed the ducks.... very dangerous
Echo Mallory: ★★★
It used to be so much better. Super crowded and people litter and leave the bathrooms disgusting.
Negative Reviews:
Gerry Rodriguez: ★
This Public park now shuts down and doesn’t allow the public in because big corporations rent it out for events keeping the public out from enjoying the area, it’s happening more and more and more. A once beautiful place to come hang out any day of the year with your family now controlled by private events for a very small group of people.
Max: ★
Used to be a great course. Like a lot of good things it has been ruined by evildoers.
Manuel Tucan: ★
They rent the place but they not allow to put music with sound system
Sylvia Guerrero: ★
Nothing but dirt! No shade. Certainly not worth the fee we paid for the use.
Patricia Elaine Marie Schaffer: ★
A goose attacked my 74 yr old friend she fell and now needs a knee replacement
Echo Mallory: ★★
Been going to this park for 33 years. It used to be so much nicer. Now it's kind of awful.
Jeff Efron: ★★
Beautiful park but gets very overcrowded
Kerry Ortiz: ★★
To crowded, play area for kids not open.
Drea Cantu: ★★
Creepy people duck was chasing me 😅 …
Domingo Barreto: ★★
Closes to early. Friendly staff
Maria Rivas: ★★
Lots of people...I didn't like it...although the park is very pretty.
