7/20/2022 - The Club is a good venue for a special event like wedding, etc. The main attraction is its fountain in the background. It has an 18 holes of championship golf, swimming pool, tennis court, restaurant, etc. It is a great place hosting many kind of events. If it would have a hot tub and a stream room, I would join the club as a member.

Had my wedding at PVCC two weeks ago. there is a few things that I wasn’t too happy about, but for the most Part our wedding came out beautiful and we had a great time. Since this is an inclusive venue it is very convenient to have all your vendors through the country club and they are all familiar with the venue and it makes it very easy to work with them. Tammy did our Photobooth and she is AMAZING! She helped me last minute with a few Decor ideas that I loved and I regret not working with her more and sooner. I would have loved to have her as my coordinator. The day of my wedding I went to see the reception and noticed that our cake had melted. Tammy called my bakery and had them come fix it immediately and told me not to worry about it that it will be fixed. Considering that it wasn’t part of her job but she still went out of her way to fix our cake really made an impression on my husband and myself . The Photobooth and balloons she did were amazing and beautiful all of our guests loved taking photos and it is definitely worth having at your wedding! Cesar was the best DJ! He was so easy To work with and he is such an awesome person! He helped put together our timeline for our wedding and made everything very simple. (which I appreciate Because who wants added stress planning a wedding!?) I will totally use him for any other parties that we would need a DJ. So if you have your event at Porter Valley, you have to hire Cesar!! Although Patricia was the original person to show us the venue and book our event, I corresponded with Julie the most via email. She handled all of the finances and was super professional and always responded quickly. I appreciated the fast replies because it’s very hard to juggle wedding planning with work and things like that so being able to do it through email was awesome. We did use Kelly as our coordinator. In the beginning I did ask Julie, to switch to a different coordinator Because Kelly did not respond back a lot of times and wasn’t very helpful in the beginning. Once I talked to Julie Kelly definitely stepped up. One thing I am very grateful to Kelly for, was really helping me execute my vision of what I wanted my day to look like. I was very specific and very particular about a lot of the rentals I wanted to use and she was able to find LITERALLY everything! they were better than I expected ! (shout out to backyard rentals for the awesome stuff) She was able to walk me through some things that I overlooked as far as wedding details. She set up all of my Decor and everything turned out beautiful, however she did break one of the window panes that I worked really hard on and it just so happened to be my favorite one but she was really apologetic about it. There were a few instances where I felt that she was unprofessional, But I will say that she definitely knows how to keep everyone together, on time, on schedule, and keep the flow of the wedding going. After the ceremony during pictures, Kelly made sure to bring myself, my husband, and all of our bridal party drinks and cocktails. And I liked that she talked to people from another event that was going on, about watching their kids and their guests so that they weren’t interrupting our photos or cocktail hour. She also packed up all of the Decor that I brought, cake, decorations, and all sorts of other stuff and helped load it up into our car and was there until about 1:30am, Which was definitely over the time she was paid for. Which I was super grateful for! Also she took some really great photos and made sure to send them to me ! Now with all of that being said there were a few things that I am disappointed about, There were 12 people that did not show up to our wedding that we paid for and I knew we couldn’t get the money back, But the staff wouldn’t serve those 12 extra plates to guests that wanted to eat more. And I had a lot of complaints about the waiters. There are a lot of hidden fees so just be prepared to pay about a third more. But it’s a great place to have a wedding!!! Thanks PVCC

Very friendly and informative staff. My Real Estate office hosted a fundraiser event at this location. All areas were well kept, food was great. We will come back.

Cool environment- lovely golf courses, scenic views, friendly atmosphere- meeting spots - tennis, pickle ball and swimming- lacking some amenities but has a unique charm.

We were excited to join Porter Ranch Country Club, hoping for a quality experience, but it turned out to be anything but. From the start, the food was terrible, and the atmosphere was far from what you’d expect at a country club – no sense of elegance, just a disappointing vibe. After giving it a fair try, we decided to cancel our membership. Initially, they seemed okay with our decision, but then they hit us with a $500 early cancellation fee! We felt this was completely unfair, especially since the club didn’t deliver on their promises of a high-quality experience. If you’re looking for a true country club experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place simply does not live up to the reputation they try to promote.
