Really dig The Paseo Club. Nice facilities, a good variety of classes, solid instructors, and well-maintained gym equipment. My one gripe is that in the gym, Fox News is always playing on all the TVs. We go to the gym to unplug and focus on improving ourselves for a little while. Would be awesome if the TVs played tennis or other sports instead of news all the time. Paseo should be about self improvement and community. We get enough politics and current affairs on the outside.

Dig the Pickleball Tournaments by P.I.G. (Pickleball is Great) hosted here! Fantastic events by tournament coordinator Gigi, and her great helpers! This space is bourgeois, posh. Gorgeous building in Spanish revival. Full fitness club with outdoor yoga, pool, tennis courts, and newly surfaced pickleball courts (10) with rolling nets. Sweet small cocktail lounge serving cocktails smoothies and restaurant food, with outdoor patio. Parking gets full during events. Wheelchair accessible. Filtered water is great only available in main building. Staff is professionally brusque to non-members.

The Paseo Club is absolutely amazing in every way! The Kids Club staff are phenomenal and engaged in the care to all of my children while in there. My kids are always begging to not be picked up yet because they love it so much. The facility is clean, towel service provided and has lots of space to spread out. Whether you want to work out in the gym, play tennis, pickleball or do some swim laps in the pool, there’s plenty of space for everyone. There are amazing group classes that I’ve really enjoyed such as Pilates with Cezanne, Barre with Jodi, Beginner’s Tennis with Coach KP and Pickleball drills with Nick. Whether you are a star athlete or a total newbie(like me), there really is something for everyone. Highly recommend this facility for fitness, relaxation and self-care!

Great local gym AND social club. They have a wide variety of classes and will definitely work with you to get back in shape. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for variety, with a smaller, community feel.

With a heavy heart, I share the exceptionally lousy experiences I have endured at the Paseo Club! So here it is! I have had three bad experiences at this club in less than one year. The most heartfelt and damaging is the tennis director was charging my account/credit card for canceled private lessons when I had not scheduled a private lesson with him for the dates allotted. I have text messages to prove this. Around February 6th, he texted and stated he would be on vacation; I heard nothing else from him until early April. Unbeknownst to me, until I looked at my account, I had been charged late fees for private lessons in March, which I did not agree to or know about. My horrible second experience was when he, the same guy, Rene, called and raised his voice at me, stating, "I don't talk to him in that way," later, he yelled at me, saying, "I was on the court giving private lessons." First, I could not believe he was talking to me like that when members are why the club is open for him to have a job there. And, get this: I had only communicated through email. 🙈 Well, to make this short, I signed up and paid to play in the league, and no representative from the club came on the first day to address the participants about rules, match play, or anything; therefore, it was chaos. My court (last court in a ladder event) members had no league experience, so we were highly lost during match play about the rules. All inexperienced four players search for answers, and Rene. Once we obtained a score sheet, we attempted to figure out how to fill it in. Well, we thought it was correct, but it was not; therefore, Rene penalized our court by taking away over 11 games from at least two players and putting us back on the same last court the following week. The solution was 'if organizing any event as this, provide complete written and verbal directions.' It would have only taken a club representative or Rene five minutes or less to physically welcome us to the league and ensure each court knew match play rules. Well, I got yelled at because Rene or a club staff member did not do this, something so simple, but we were charged a league fee. The third situation was very small compared to the recent/above two; to be short and straightforward how it was a matter of the personal trainer having me wait over 30 days and then dropping our appointment because I got in Thanksgiving shopping chaos. Agreed, I should not have arranged anything before Thanksgiving, but I had waited so long for the appointment because of the personal trainers' vacation. I felt I had no choice. It should also be noted that I communicated through text messages on the day of the appointment. If I waited for her to return from vacation and other things, the common courtesy to reschedule my appointment was warranted. So these are my unwarranted and heartfelt negative, maybe unlawful and unethical experiences at this club. Not good ones at all. I am not sure why I have had to endure such treatment as a member, but I did. If I don't hear a reasonable explanation or solution to the account and credit card issue, I will cancel my membership and move on. I hate trusting a business with my credit card number and an open invitation to use it. But most companies protect their interest, not the consumer. SMH 🙏 Please beware! And stay tuned.
