Beautiful park, it's clean, the restrooms have been remodeled. There are tennis courts and one pickleball court. The splash pad is free, and it's open every day during summer. Restrooms: Recently remodeled. Dog-friendliness: Yes. Keep dogs on a leash! Picnic area: There is plenty of picnic area.

Plenty of basketball, Tennis, and pickleball courts, clean restrooms, nice exercise equipment. Playground: New playground. Restrooms: Clean. Dog-friendliness: Dog friendly. Picnic area: Nice place to picnic.
josh kim: ★★★★★
Numerous park benches and reservation locations throughout the park. They just opened a water area for the summer. Even during the summer being hot the location are fully booked on the weekends. Check ahead of time by calling/checking website to make reservations. They have dedicated pickleball courts. 3 courts total Some benches to sit on but better to bring your own chair. New netting and external flooring with permanent lines in place. Need to double check hours of operation and when lights turn off. Bathroom located right next to basketball court. Need to check hours when they are closed at night. Parking can be busy. Park to shape as a oval. Parking located around the oval

This is a big park in the city of Alhambra. It's very close behind Aldi/Chipotle and Target/Costco. There are two separate tennis courts with 2-3 courts each. There's a pickleball area with three courts. There is one outdoor basketball court (I think it's a half court) in that area next to the restrooms. The restrooms close at 9:30 PM, noted by the sign. Next to the pickleball court is a small exercise area with concrete flooring. There is a swimming pool and jungle gym for kids. The park is pretty clean for the most part. People walk their dogs here but no designated dog park. There's a corner for picnic tables under some shade covering, otherwise the park is just a huge grass area.

Cute park, good dogs. As of Jan 27 2024 the pickleball courts are still under renovation though. Looks like they have been closed since November. Dog-friendliness. Saw about 5-7 A+ cute dogs here on a Saturday morning
Roy Jitdanai: ★★★★★
This beautiful lush green park is big, but not very big. Here we have 4 tennis courts, 3 pickle ball courts, half basketball courts, outdoor gym, amphitheatre, swimming pool, restroom and many, many picnic tables. You can play sports, walk, jog, picnic or just lay down on the green grass. There are many free parking around the park.
Betty Bet: ★★★★★
This is a lovely park with parking spots on 3 sides of the park, tennis and pickle ball courts, an outdoor fitness gym with apparatus, basketball courts, playground, free lunch and snacks in the summer, splash water area, swimming pools for lessons and fun, 5 covered picnic spots for rent by reservation, benches scattered throughout, night lighting, a band shell and stage for performances, upgraded restrooms and lots of trees for shade and beauty. Come visit! Playground: It's being upgraded. Nice swings. Restrooms: Recently updated. It needed some maintenance of supplies, but it was a busy day there. There were seat covers. Picnic area: Some have a few tables, some have a lot of tables. You can choose at city hall and pay for it there.
Jason Wang (Jase): ★★★★★
This review is for the tennis and pickle ball courts. Courts are clean and well maintained! Pickle ball courts are open Mon-Sun from 8am to 9pm. Restrooms: Pretty clean when I used them
Daniel Jung: ★★★★★
Plenty of tennis courts for those tennis enthusiasts. Not taken over yet by pickle ball youngsters
Jerry Peterson: ★★★★★
This park is well-kept and has a really nice community feel. There’s a big pool that’s great for summer days, plus basketball and tennis courts. The playground was busy but safe, and families were out enjoying picnics. The walking paths are shaded, which makes them perfect for evening strolls. It feels very neighborhood-oriented and welcoming
Sofia V: ★★★★★
New pickleball courts (3) opened up this February at Alhambra Park. Free open play from 8am-9pm. Lights are on auto and turn off right at 9pm. Clean bathrooms and a refillable water station available. Very safe area with free street parking. It gets busy from 7pm-8pm, especially on Monday's, so be prepared to wait. Great outdoor exercise equipment available for a pre game warm up or in between games.
Travis P: ★★★★
This is a pretty good and sizable park. They have a lot of amenities including 2 half court basketball courts, a pool, 4 tennis courts and 3 pickleball court. Everything is reasonably clean and overall I thought this park is not bad. Ended up playing tennis and pickleball and was able to get a court around 6. They have a rotating wait system for pickleball but it was pretty good.
Jenny P: ★★★★★
Went to play pickleball and the courts were easy to access. Very clean and parking wasn't bad at all.
Irene P: ★★★★★
This is a wonderful park that has a Dodger themed playground as well as a new ADA friendly playground. There's tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, swimming pool, splash zone, and even an auditorium. I had my son's birthday party and it was great. The area was covered which was perfect because it actually ended up raining. Go to city hall to pay to rent the picnic area in advance. Splash zone is free and fun for the kids in the sum

This is a small park in the neighborhood with plenty of grass and space for recreational activities. This park is tucked right behind a big street in Alhambra on Main St. They have large and small gazebos to host parties with or relax under. There's tennis and pickleball courts! There's a playground area and plenty of shade to chill and relax. Lots of available street parking!

This part is a little gem in Alhambra. It's a great place to go for a jog and/or play tennis. A big plus - ample tennis courts!
Eva W: ★★★★
This is a lovely community park. It's rather large. Tennis courts are great. A very sweet kids area. A good size to use as a walking loop. Parking is also very easy. Community pool open during summer as well.
J W: ★★★★★
What's not to love about this park? Children's area is clean. Basketball courts are ok. Tennis courts could use some touch ups and these can fill up quite quickly especially on weekend mornings. Nice running/walking perimeter around the park. Pull up bars are available.
Graciela C: ★★★★
Review for Tennis courts: -The park itself is not that large, but timing is key to getting a good tennis court. The individual one is usually free in the mornings (7am-8am) but you can almost always play in the combined courts, just sharing. The only times it's very packed is in the afternoons, after people get off work/school so AVOID going at that time. Park: plenty of parking all around, very SAFE really because there's always people there, but not overly packed. Not the prettiest park, but serves the purpose and convenience. Cleanliness: eh, could be better. They have picnic areas and a theater. Bathrooms near the courts too. Downsides: -NOISY - cars, firetrucks, police cars, ambulances passing by -DOGS - as obvious as it is, people still bring dogs to the park and even worst, they play with the inside the courts which is prohibited. -SOCCER - the game is so rough, it has destroyed the tennis courts nets and wind blockers many times, it's sad but thankfully they fixed them. -GARDENING - Noisy and allergen lifter. Usually in the mornings Overall, a good place to chill, grab some ice cream nearby at Fosselmans and walk around if that's more your liking.
Destiny C: ★★★★
Nice, clean, small park. I go as often as possible for an evening work out. Highly recommended for jogs or walks around the park, basketball, tennis and swimming. It's a great spot for picnics as well. There are also these great covered patio areas for bbq's, lunch or dinner.
Ellen L: ★★★★
this is a nice neighborhood park, with the following amenities: *tennis courts *basketball courts *swimming pool *playground structures *picnic area with benches (great for parties) *big grassy area *water fountains there is definitely something for everyone here and i always see families here on the weekend, relaxing and enjoying themselves.
Adrian Yuen: ★★★★★
Good place to chill out. There's a pool. Tennis courts.

Alhambra Park is one of those community parks that really has everything. There’s a pool, tennis courts, a playground, and plenty of shaded areas. The walking path around the park is perfect for a light stroll. On weekends, you’ll see families having picnics and kids playing soccer. It’s clean and well-maintained, and parking is usually easy to find. A great neighborhood spot.
Jan Schachel: ★★★★★
This local park has a big pool, tennis courts, and wide-open lawns for picnics. I came here on a Sunday and it was buzzing with families but not chaotic. There's a nice shaded path around the park that’s good for walking. The playground is also newer and very clean. One of the best city parks in the SGV
Lily Yee: ★★★★★
Great park, full of covered, shady tables. Splash pad, renovated playground, tennis courts, basketball hoops.

Robert R: ★★★★
Great park, with exercise equipment basketball and tennis courts. A kids play area sponsored from the Dodgers. Water park for the kids and a gated pool area. The amphitheater for special events (bands or movie nights) has a good amount of seats. BBQ pits and reserved seating areas are hit and miss on the weekends. Mostly taken by birthdays or other events, so try to arrive early if you need that arrangement. Playground: Clean and upkeep is taken care of. Restrooms: Have one location for bathrooms located next to the basketball courts. Dog-friendliness: On leash only park, not a "dog park" Picnic area: Clean tables with BBQ * Try to arrange arrival early as possible on weekends if you need seating for special events. This park gets packed fast

Always clean. We have had a son's birthday party here. Lots of trees and good shades. Tennis courts. Not a big fan of the dodgers playground. Swimming pool and water park for the kids.

The playground is amazing all LOS ANGELES DODGERS theme. This part has an aquatics area, tennis courts, picnic areas to reserve for parties. Always clean, dog friendly… and actually excited to see that dog owners actually meet up daily in the evening and allow dogs to mingle and run around like a gated dog park. Well behaved dogs they don’t even bother the kids while they are practice football less then 50 ft from them. Calm, good vibes here.

The park is nice and very clean. There is no strange activity anywhere near the park. It is a very peaceful place to walk. I saw folks doing what appeared to be tai-chi. There was a small summer camp for kids happening. There is a pool, tennis courts, a small workout area, and a kids playground called the Enchanted Forest that is canopied by big trees. My only knock on this park, as in most parks in Alhambra is that the facilities, while clean, are dated. They byildi gs could defi Italy use a refresh - fresh paint, new exterior building materials, and better landscaping. The tennis courts need to be resurfaced with new netsband nicer fencing. In essence, these parks need that special touch that make them look that much more inviting. That's why I rate this park a 4/5 stars
R Lau: ★★★★
Clean park with ample parking. Tons of reserved table areas with parks. Also has basketball and tennis courts. My only comment is Saturday afternoon, the bathrooms were clean but had no more toilet paper already.
Mario Hernandez: ★★★★★

This park holds some nice memories. I have been here many times throughout my life and it's nice to revisit. Plus I live close by. I would recommend it. It's never packed, there's a nice playground for the kiddos, they have a tennis court, basketball court, a swimming pool (that I'm not sure is open) a bike path, and there is a lot of room to relax and have fun. So that's my park rating and review.
John Chen: ★★★★
I mostly use the tennis courts here and I am quite satisfied with them. My only criticism is that the park, in general, is not very well lit.
Michael Black: ★★★★★

Alhambra Park is a wonderful place full of children’s laughter and screams of excitement. Families gather here and couples stroll beneath the shade of ancient trees. I wholeheartedly believe that parks are designed to be used by the public so there’s nothing more wonderful than seeing families able to enjoy the day. I think the sounds of children playing add to the peaceful atmosphere. This is a nice park that’s community focused and well landscaped with a summer food service program and activities for children of all ages. This is a big space with a splash pad and swimming pool; it even has a small concert stage for live music and movies on the weekends. And most importantly it’s dog friendly with lots of open areas for family picnics with covered tables for children’s birthday parties. The park has a network of walking paths, inviting visitors to exercise and enjoy the surroundings in a safe and clean place.
Maria Rodriguez: ★★★★★
The park is beautiful. My niece loves the playground. Her favorite activity is the see saw. It's always kept clean. I would highly recommend bringing your children here. It's also a great place to have a picnic or a birthday party. They also have fun activities planned throughout the year. I highly recommend this park.
Claudia Alderete: ★★★★★
Ample park, very well kept grounds, very relaxing early in the mornings, ideal for whole family healthy enjoyment. So many different spots where to meet, although not that many seats (bring your own!). Several covered benches, almost always reserved ahead for different celebrations and meetings (so worthy!). Plenty of street parking.
Sey N: ★★★★★
A local park that has lots of convenient street parking! My dogs love this place. I would appreciate people pay more attention to pickickiny up their mess before leaving and not throw food waste on grass. There are many trash cans at the park. Yes there is someone hired to clean the park, but it is not 1 person's property. Public place requires public attention.😉

(This review is just for the tennis courts) I play in a tennis league, so I play at courts all over the Greater LA area. Thursday night was my very first time playing at these courts. These courts are not the best and aren't the worst, overall they are fine. Since it was a night match, I noticed that the lights were not the brightest, so it took a little while for my eyes to adjust to the dimmer light. The courts and the nets could use an update but they are playable. These courts are completely free which is a huge plus. i would play there again.
piya moranon: ★★★
Your typical local park. Nothing really stand out other than it’s kept clean. Little kids playgrounds is updated. The 5 lighted tennis courts needs work.
Khozema Gabuji: ★★★
