Great neighborhood park, lush green grass and plenty of trees, picnic tables and chill and chat spaces with Adirondack chairs, tennis courts, an area for your horse(s) to have a light trot, and very clean bathrooms. And hopefully soon the Community vegetable garden will reopen. If you're in the area stop by and experience it for yourself.

It's a big multi-complex. View is spectacular. It's got a large gym, baseball diamond, tennis courts, horse stables, two large children's play grounds & more. There is more of hardscape than landscape near children"s playground and gym. This place would easily be rated as five star facilities except children playground floor cushion. Be careful for your little kids because the playground barks maybe stick to kids" shoes and pants.

The park itself is nice, but I want to warn others about BADON TENNIS ACADEMY operating here. My young child and I had a very negative experience! Veronica Badon harassed us, yelling and creating a hostile environment over a court spot, even though other areas were open. She singled us out and refused to leave us alone. Loma Alta Park management agreed this behavior was unacceptable and said they would address it... This is not an isolated case, by the way! If you check Yelp, you’ll see someone else reported a similar experience from 2021. I hope the park did take actions to ensure all patrons, especially children, are treated respectfully.

Love hanging out in this park with the nicest equestrian center around the area - good footing, raked regularly and watered daily to keep the dust down by LA County park personnel. Also features lighted tennis courts, covered picnic pavilion, and public restrooms. Home to Wednesday's weekly Altadena Farmer's Market.

Seems like a nice neighborhood park, with playgrounds for younger and older kids, baseball fields, tennis courts, indoor basketball and volleyball, a pool, and community meeting space. I visited early on a Sunday morning and there were not many people there besides a small church congregation. Not sure how busy it gets during the week, but overall it looks well maintained and adequately funded.

My favorite park! Clean, not too crowded, and beautiful view. There are 2 separate parts. If you cross the street the other portion of the park has tennis courts, equestrian training and another gazebo with picnic tables.

My favorite park! I grew up coming here with my family and now I bring my family here. It honestly still looks the same. The grass and trees are always well groomed the tennis courts are clean. Theres also a little horse area.

Quiet! Such a beautiful setting up in the Foothills and so much to do. Playground, gazebo, baseball, basketball, hiking trail next to it, a swimming pool, tennis courts, horse arena... Seriously! It's like a little city. It takes up a couple blocks. And there's a Farmers market on Wednesdays after 3pm.

Great park, two play structures, fields, nice tennis courts, and covered picnic tables. Kids love coming here.

Great tennis program. The CEO is very nice and is great at what she does. She owns a black business and teaches children how to play tennis. If you've got a kid you should go to the Loma Alta office and sign up!

Nice park, farmers market, community garden, horse riding, tennis courts, gym, very spacious and it has an upper and lower level so keep that in mind. One part is above Loma alta and the other is across the street below.

This is a quiet park with TENNIS COURTS, an EQUESTRIAN RING, a CONTINUITY GARDEN, and plenty of space to walk, jog, or just relax. Well kept and picturesque. A great place to "escape" and "hear yourself think:
