This is a great park for families. Dogs & holding parties! Free parking lots and on the street. It's clean and safe plenty of picnic tables and barbecue pits. They have a community center with open bathrooms. During the day they stay open. They have a modern playground for the little kiddies. A basketball court, a pickleball court, private reservation baseball fields.

Nice people, fun to play there. Lights go out at 10pm
    George Ng: ★★★★★
Community center is up. Lots of classes and activities. More parking available. Playground is still nice although crowded depending on time. Less segregated for young kids though and often has high school students or older kids messing around on structures due to proximity from burlingame high. Outdoor bocce. Best outdoor pickleball courts in Burlingame/ San mateo area. (Permanent nets instead of rolling ones) Playground: Nice and clean. Recently remodeled. Has bouncy padding. No sand or tanbark. Can have older kids so may not be best for young kids. Restrooms: More available now with opening of community center.
    Drew Harper: ★★★★
This is such a great park. I use the pickleball courts but there’s virtually everything to do here!
    Johnny Lee: ★★★★★

Gets a little windy for pickleball.
    Peter Harrison: ★★★★★
One court set up with 4 pickleball courts. Water fountain and toilets there too. Feb 2023 toilets were locked, but Community Center available nearby. Sep 2024 4 permanent couts now. Parking lot closed for construction. Tomasz Indyk: It’s a great place to play tennis but also a great place for a walk with kid. It has a bathroom and a playground and is now building a new community center
    Michael Padilla: ★★★★
Nice courts. Only gripe is that I wish all the courts had fencing between them to prevent balls going into adjacent courts.
    Julian Marcon: ★★★★★
Very nice courts even though they can get quite busy.
    Valerie Francisco: ★★★★
Drove 20 mins from Daly City to get some sun and shoot hoops and this park was great! The playground was also next to the courts and kids moved from hoops to play easily.
    Mike Stecher: ★★★★
Wonderful community park. Can reserve benches or just show up. Multi use courts. Lots of space. BBQ pits. Playground: New playground. Restrooms: Standard restrooms. Dog-friendliness: Off leash area available. Picnic area: Reservation sometimes a good idea

Big open spaces for public use anytime, as well as courts that can be reserved ahead of time. Brand new playground for the kids, and a new community center coming soon. Definitely visit the roses when in bloom!

Great park. Good parking. Amazing play structure, picnic tables, and grassy areas. Walkable to downtown Burlingame and right next to the train station. Great place to bring your kids and spend an afternoon in the park.
    Fred Davis: ★★★★★
Very nice park near downtown and the train station. There are tennis, volleyball, boccee ball, basketball courts, softball fields, soccer fields and a nice playground for young kids. There is also music during the summer. It also looks like they are building some kind of community center as well.
    Tamara Farhat: ★★★★
Pretty park in the middle of Burlingame. Walking distance from the train station and from the Burlingame ave. There's also a few tennis courts near it and of course some picnic tables. There's a kids play ground that looks decent. I don't have kids but the kids there seem to enjoy themselves.
    Ron Ferrier: ★★★★
Right next to Burlingame train station and Burlingame High. Good sized park with a fantastic playground and a full b-ball court. Parking can be limited. Very walkable area, as it's super close to downtown Burlingame Ave.
    Kevin Gruber: ★★★★
A pleasant shady park next to the burlingame train station and high school. A great place to hold outdoor events and children to play in the playground.
    Anton Vakulchyk: ★★★★★
Great renovated park for kids with rose garden and a lot of space.
    K C: ★★★★
Located near downtown Burlingame and currently under construction for a new community center, Washington Park has a large baseball/ soccer field. 1 basketball court, 2 bocce ball courts, a rose garden and shaded Park with lots of dogs roaming around freely. There are also classrooms built near the parking lot. Had to park in the street because of construction.
    Anela Lee: ★★★★★
Great park with lots to do for different ages on the structures. Also lots of open space and a small rose garden. Basketball court small sandbox and paths for biking.

We like this park. The playground is quite remarkable. Big and lots to choose from. There is a nearby baseball field that allows your pets to run and play. Ample parking and restrooms are available.

This park has become a disaster. Insanely overcrowded. Its wild and frantic and loud. from chatting with a few people and looking at kids wearing labeled school clothes it seems its mostly people from other cities taking over the place. The playground had no less than about 200 kids playing Making it difficult for things like getting the swings especially when you have large hordes of teenagers taking them over and doing stunts they can break the swing or hurt smaller kids. There’s also a handful of feral children that seem to have no parents around. Kids that lack manners or kindness or boundaries or just kind of aggressive.
    Elle M.: ★★
Beautiful park built for toddlers to 12 year olds but old children from the highschool ruin the playground they are unaware of the small children and often run into them, occupy playground equipment for toddlers and boisterously use foul language. The teens Crete a toxic environment and never seen to have adult supervision.
    Kerry Phomtavong: ★★
Lights are terrible at night. 4 courts and only 4 lights in the corners, none for 2 middle courts.
    Amit Tamhankar: ★★
Park itself is fine but it was extremely crowded and parking was a pain
    Jose Contreras: ★★
    It's clean
