Valle Lindo Park: A Hidden Gem in Camarillo. Are you looking for a peaceful and family-friendly park in Camarillo? Look no further than Valle Lindo Park. This hidden gem offers a variety of amenities for all ages. We recently visited with our kids and had a wonderful time. The park features expansive green lawns perfect for picnicking or letting the kids run around. The playground is well-maintained and offers plenty of climbing, swinging, and sliding options. For those who enjoy sports, the park also has tennis courts and appears to be popular for pickleball. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. If you're searching for a relaxing afternoon in a beautiful natural setting, Valle Lindo Park is definitely worth a visit.
Sam Schlem: ★★★★★
Lovely Park that I run through everyday, they recently added a track behind the tennis courts. It would be nice if they added some pickleball courts though.
Jennie M.: ★★★★
Nice very busy park. Elementary next to it so gets busy after school. Has tennis courts and a playground and bathroom. Beautiful trees.
Ny Y.: ★★★★★
A lovely neighborhood park. Lots of big trees, a nice (if short) walking path, playground, tennis courts. I came on a Thursday afternoon and there was a group of families with their kids playing games. Fun, safe park.
George Carter: ★★★★★
Nice park. Pickleball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields. Play ground. But only a small bathroom for the entire park. Otherwise a nice place to spend some time.
Jen Garcia: ★★★★★
This park has always been a favorite. Lush green grass, shade trees to sit under. Tennis courts, sidewalks to walk or ride a bike on. Not sure if bikes are allowed. Goid place to walk your dog. Quiet usually. Very peaceful. Surrounded by a residential area.

Nice park. Lots of trees and shade. Good picnic benches and tennis courts. Playground is functional, but could maybe use some redoing as it is rather old. Has a big flat grass area for soccer however the field could definitely be better as the grass is spotty and there is dirt fields in some area. Overall a fun park to take the family or to hangout after school.
Laura Forsyth: ★★★★★
Valle Lindo is a *beautiful* park in a quiet neighborhood next to an elementary school. There are lush lawns, clean facilities, sun and shade, open spaces and and peaceful corners. It's a great place for little kids, relaxing breaks, tennis, dog walking, green time, meet ups with friends, workday lunch picnics, etc. Street parking only when school is in session.

Mike Coates: ★★★★
Small just the right size. Grass area big enough for soccer, play structures, and tennis courts. Lots of trees, small bridges, quaint and cozy park. Hidden in residential neighborhood.
Felix Franco: ★★★★★
I love this park, my main reason to come here is to use their tennis courts. The park is well taken care, they have bleachers, big area to either walk or run and plenty of tennis courts. The tennis courts are outdated and not in the best of shape, but you get used it. It would be nice if they update them though. I’ve seen plenty of people walking their dogs, having parties or get together. They also have restrooms, I’ve noticed that the men’s does not have any lights when you use them at night but maybe I am wrong.
Tyler Nestved: ★★★★★
I go for the tennis courts, they are well maintained and clean. The park itself had nice shade trees and a nice sized open field for sports.
Peter Osgood: ★★★★★
Large park. Great for bbq's, frisbee, and tennis! Very pretty.
Paul Wah: ★★★★
Great park with tennis courts, children's playground & plenty of shade trees. Due to the virus restrictions you can't bbq or picnic but there are tables that would normally be open. The park is dog friendly on leashes. They also have recently remodeled restrooms. The only drawback is street parking only so on busy days parking is limited.
Mike Hopkins: ★★★★★
Large clean park. Lots of grass, play area for the kids, bathrooms and tennis courts.
Cecilia Gutierrez: ★★★★★
Awhile back, we had a lovely picnic with the Guerras, we played tennis and the kids had a fun time with the playground structures. Plenty of green, trees and a vast extencion to walk and admire, plenty of parking, right off Ponderosa Dr. A night ago, took Bella and Bitsie for a night walk. Come out and enjoy a picnic with dear people next to you.
Perry Espardinez: ★★★★★
So glad they're building new bathrooms here. The playground is nice, tennis courts are always in use, and there's a nice picnic area. It's not heavily traveled because it's nestled off the main roads, so it never seems too busy.
Ellen Winters: ★★★★★
This is a great park to walk your dog, people watch, play soccer, tennis, jog. It has a lot of shade or sun, whichever you prefer. I took private Jeet Kune Do lessons here.
Rick Becker: ★★★★
Public tennis Park, always fun. I'm good picnic and eating area also.
SHOCK Strategic Marketing: ★★★★
It's nice park for a short walk or stroll. If your staying awhile there's tennis, BBQ, picnic tables, big field area for sports, dog friendly, and lots of shade trees. Only gets four stars because it's surrounded by homes. Not much of an open view outside the park. Nice neighborhood though.
kevin s: ★★★★
Great park. Lights for night time tennis. Parking is a bit tough though
Ana Teran: ★★★★★
We were there for a birthday party. Had a good time. There are 3 party areas near the playground and restrooms. The park is big and it has an area with trees that provide shade and an open area for kids to run around. There are also tennis courts and a little show area. It is a pet friendly park.
melanie bergdahl: ★★★★★
Beautiful older park with mature trees for shade, plenty of grass for the children to run & play, several picnic areas with BBQ units, bathroom facilities close to playground, tennis courts & lights, very large areas for soccer teams to utilize. My only negative comments are too many dogs OFF leash with uncooperative owners and so much dog feces left on the ground.
Luis Ramos: ★★★★★
Love it. Big but no like huge. Tennis court, playground, clean restrooms.
ATSpooner Mom: ★★★★
Its a great park, has a big field to play sports, tennis courts, and a nice trail through it. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner and could use a remodel
Kathleen Lakotich: ★★★★
Nice little community park, with walking trail, tennis courts and playground equipment
Alan Fridlund: ★★★★
Nice tennis courts, great play areas for kids and picnic areas for everyone. Wretched bathroom facilities. "Go" before you visit.
Lakshmi: ★★★★
Love this park everything works and nothing is broken. The bathrooms work and it had a tennis court as well as a soccer field. Would be five if it had a swimming pool lol or if the benches and BBQ stuff were a bit better maintained.
Brian O'Connell: ★★★★★
Beautiful park with lots of huge trees that provide lots of shade. A nice curving walking path goes from one side of the park to the other. Children's play area, tennis courts and large open field for soccer and other activities complete the package.
Julien Huyghe: ★★★★★
I love the small rolling hills, cute little bridges, and beautiful trees. On addition to play equipment, there is plenty of space for soccer. There are several tennis courts, picnic benches, restrooms, and a small amphitheater.
Eddie Barlow: ★★★★★
Large park with tennis courts soccer fields and a kids play area. Great location for a picnic
Jamie Yell: ★★★★★
Very pretty park. Lots of walking space, a play ground, a big field, tennis courts. Very good for pokemans.
Tim McCoy: ★★★★
This is an excellent local park that is well-maintained with the exception of of the bathrooms which are not clean very well and really run down. There has never been soap to wash your hands with. It has its own tennis courts, restrooms, kids playground, picnic tables, party areas, and soccer field. There is at least one doggy bag dispenser which motivates animal owners to clean up after their dogs. One bad thing is that every time I have gotten recently there are dogs off of the leases even though that is not permitted in the park. This is dangerous with small children and if you have animals yourselves that could start to fight with each other.
Neil Lund: ★★★★★
Lots of open space and great for kids of all ages. Tennis courts are in good shape. Running water bathrooms. Decent playground equipment and plenty of shade for those hot days.
Gloria P.: ★★★★★
Beautiful park. This park is located in the middle of a residential area. What I especially like about this park is the tennis courts with lights for dark evenings. This is a popular park for team soccer practice/games because of the large grassy area. Bring the kids for some energy burning fun at the playground as they run around and enjoy this park. How about a family outing, picnic or BBQ? Perfect park to hang out with the family. Restrooms are usually clean. Lots of shade here and spacious area to play and run around.

Valle Lindo Park is in a quiet residential area, and has 4 tennis courts. The courts are badly in need or resurfacing, but the locals don't seem to mind the court condition, and come to play here frequently. Parking is easy, along the sidewalk adjacent to the tennis courts.
Alex Vivaldi: ★★★
Soccer field grass is patchy but acceptable. The feature that drops it a star is parking being limited to street parking in a residential area.otherwise would be 4/5 stars.
William Pickering: ★★★
A lot of space and big playground but not many benches

Went to try out the tennis courts for the 1st time with my partner but ended up leaving less than 20 mins later thanks to racism. When we got there, we waited for a court to open and no one else was waiting. 15 mins into playing, a Karen walks onto the court and asks us when we’ll be done. I tell her that we just got there. She goes on to “inform” us that her racket was in the fence and that means they were next in line for a court. Mind you, there was no one else waiting when we got there and we don’t know of some rule that you stick your racket in the fence as a waitlist lol. We told her we’d be another 10 mins and her and her little posse stared as the entire time until we just left. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt targeted. Sucks cos the courts were decent.
Tabatha Sanchez: ★★
Not great- the actual play ground. Needs updating and there was something under construction 🏗 there that was not safe for the children playing. The field however is great! Playground: Play ground outdated.
