Best Tennis and Pickleball courts in Daly City, San Mateo County for 2026

Westlake Park Tennis Courts in Daly City, CA

4 lighted tennis courts, 2 layover pickleball court with portable net in Westlake Park – Community Center in Daly City, California. Tennis courts need a new surface! They are playable, but barely. Dirty unmaintained courts. Old metal light posts that dont work in your run path, and so much silt and grit on the back edges of the court its easy to slip and wipeout when running, but it is free and easy to get a court. There’s quite a slant to the courts so most of your balls will eventually roll to the last court. Nets are in great condition. No shade. No restrooms, you have to go inside Recreation center. Old outdated building, but they offer a nice variety of quality community classes at cheap prices. Lots of free parking. Courts are near shopping center with Home Depot, Safaway, Burger King and Starbucks.

A great place for the event in an ideal setting and location for the ease of parking in the Central location for the immediate area, Daly City (near Westlake) and San Francisco (near Lake Merced).

Clean gym. Everytime my son has a sporting event there it is always kept clean. My only concern is the parking lot not being lit up well at night. Other than that no concerns.

The tennis 🎾 courts need to be seriously resurfaced. They are playable, but barely. Nets are in great condition.

I come to play on the playground with my son. The locals and regulars are polite and there's always cute dogs. It's good to see people using the tennis courts and fields. The only down side is there is no public restroom and there's often trash leading up to the walkway near John Daly Boulevard.
Yaneth Cabrera: ★★★
It's a park. Cozy. It doesn't have that many rides, but for children who imagine beyond the extraordinary, it's great.
Jessie Mills: ★★★
Party good place
