Over the past few years RVing here I see they have made some very nice improvements. This year it looks like they have repaved the park. Last year or the year before I noticed the big BBQ pavilion. Things that are very nice are RV spaces, pools, spas, bathrooms, pickleball courts, BBQ pavilion, activities and office personnel. There is a nice laundry room but only a half dozen washing and drying machines to cover over 475 spaces. Things that need improvement are: The free Wi-Fi was useless for me and I couldn’t get the paid Wi-Fi to work either. It could be my location or my devices. We had friends that stayed in the cottages. The cottages could use a fair amount of maintenance and they are missing many simple day to day items and utensils like dishes, can openers, trash bags etc. On the website it would be nice if they gave a list of the supplied items so you would know what to pack. It seems like nobody checks them out for missing items or working electrical systems before you check in. Every year it’s bug the office personnel for the items or maintenance. There is a nice gym equipment room but one of the bikes doesn’t work and there are no 20 or 25 pound dumbbells. I dare you to get a Bocce ball to roll straight on the court. Would I come here again? Yes, I plan on being here next year. The good definitely out ways the bad.

Together with my hubby, this is our 4th time RV camping at this oasis of a natural hot springs pool resort. First time was 10 years ago prior to major update. The RV resort was relaxing and clean back then - and pleased on my recent stay to find the updated facility (restrooms, pools, spa, common areas) were spiffy, pleasantly designed, fresh & clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. With this resort mainly used by seasonal residents, the pools and spa are not crowded: can swim in the warm open water at midnight & enjoy the stars. On our recent stay, San Bernardino & Los Angeles highways were closed with unusual snow activity, The weather was stormy but not a factor being able to soak in the hot springs. The resort has laundry, gym, book library, mini golf, pickleball among other activities.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are lovely with spa-like washrooms, a great hot tub and heated pool, pickleball courts and other activities. We found all of the people here to be so friendly. One week was not enough time here and we will certainly be back.

My son and I stayed just two nights, but very much enjoyed our time and stay. Christina sent us a text prior to our arrival asking if all was going well and if we were on our way. We got in a little late, but JW met us at the gate and escorted us to our site. The site was level and clear of debris. All the hook ups worked great. We went to the pool and swam that night. The pool was good and the hot tub was hot. The second day, we stayed at the park and played and did laundry. The laundry room was good and the units worked, but the dryer tore up some of our clothes. We swam some more and played pickleball. We talked to Christina on the second day and she was kind enough to give my son a free voucher for their paid wifi. Only reasons for not a 5 star stay was we could not use some of the amenities due to no equipment (mini-golf, shuffleboard). The pool needed a skimming. The wifi was quite spotty. Other than those few things, the trip was great and would return.

I love this park!! We visited there for the first time in January 2018. The grounds are impeccably kept and the amenities are numerous and nice. Two community centers, each with a pool and one or more spas, all kept comfortably warm with mineral springs water. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. There is horseshoes, pickleball, and scheduled activities throughout the week. The sites are pretty tight...but where aren't they. There is some vegetation between sites, which helps provide some privacy. Each of the various staff in the office are attentive, informed and helpful, even when stressed with 5 different parties throwing questions at them. Staff are also very responsive when issues arise. We had a water leak near our site and they were there within minutes to address it. My one and only suggestion would be for them to offer pet sitting!! Perfection!!

We love it here!! ✅2 huge mineral spring fed pools, both outdoors (warm water) great place to do outdoor yoga ✅2 mineral spring hot tubs, outdoors ✅Super clean and up to date restrooms and showers ✅ Great laundry rooms (2) that require an app for payment, or quarters ✅Desert walking path for dogs that is shaded by trees all day (wish people would clean up after their pets better) ✅ Pickleball courts!!! ❤️ Very fun ✅Putt putt golf, corn hole, shuffleboard. ✅Friendly people & family friendly park, I've seen all ages here. ✅ A small gym room, very nice. ✅Trash pickup every morning 10am, just leave your trash at the road in front of your RV. 🚫 So many ants... They're taking over our RV.

Both pools open. Sorry one pool is no longer adults only. Upper pool had obnoxious pool sweep running in the evening making it difficult to swim laps. One night water very cool. Pickleball courts and bocce ball maintained. Miniature golf, cornhole, and shuffleboard terrible condition. What we liked: Nice sites well maintained. Pools and bathrooms very clean. Christina new office manager very nice and helpful. Large open desert area to walk dogs. Proximity to Palm Springs. Very nice stay.

Former membership park under new ownership. The only park I know of in the valley that does not charge monthly stays for power. A little pricey for overnight stays considering it is Desert Hot Springs ($50-$75 depending on location in park, if it is a former member site that had been "upgraded" by the former member, the view, etc and the temperament of the short brunette at the desk) Only 3 pull thrus. They have made great strides turning around a large Resort that was not previously cared for. Updated and beautified restrooms. New kids play area. Renovated, fenced in dog park. Plentiful outdoor games like Pickleball, Bocce Ball, Putt Putt Golf, etc. Now, if they could get a grip on their internet and food offerings they'd be real competition in the area. When in operation their "cafe" serves up hospitalized food in a prison-like environment. Who ever heard of a brunch served up plate by plate through an outdated window where you feel like Oliver Twist asking for more instead of a welcoming table of warming selections that you serve yourself? Internet...use your phone or simply buy a mobile service. You cannot stream on this, and you are lucky if your site is close to one of the booster relays so you can actually get it to work faster than dial up. Also, not free. You have to pay for it. Same goes for the cable.
