Nice park!. Quaint city park with a variety of recreational facilities, such as ball fields & tennis courts. The park is nice and the tennis courts used to be really good until the city got some kind of grout all over everything. Restrooms a little grungy but usually open.| Day | Hours |

I know the dog park is close. I have to admit if the conditions are right. I have a small dog. I like to let my dog off leash here. As there is a fence surrounding the park and my dog has no care for the road or the automobiles on it. Nice park even the restroom reseadent is friendly.

This is my favorite park, EVER! Iit is green, abundant with trees, and quiet. People who frequent the park are incredibly accommodating and polite. The public restroom are cleaned daily and there's always soap and TP. There are no doors on the stalls so go in prepared to have a friend cover for you. They have picnic tables and bbq grills and two working water fountains. The sante fe rail runs right next to the park and freight trains frequently stop here for great periods of time, even overnight. There's a bike trail behind the houses across the street. The bad news is you cannot drive to the closet shopping area that's straight down valentine, and it's because of the tracks. But you can walk or bike from there. There is a transient population but they are always friendly and non threatening. I feel safe and welcomed here and my dogs love chasing the squirrels and running off leash at full gilt. It's in a nice neighborhood. It's very quiet & out of the way. Plan right and you can spend all day here from sunup to sundown. Nice Park!!; favorite in all of Fresno. I walked from Clinton & Blackstone, just to be there and have some serenity And happiness. 🙂

Fun to take the kids. Not very crowded when we went. Other parents were smoking questionable herbs, but non of my business or the parks fault. Did have strong odor though. Made it tough to enjoy with my kids. Playground is full of fun for all young ages. Plenty of room for football, soccer or baseball. So lots of playing room. My son may have picked up a bug (sickness). But again, not their fault. We need to wash our hands more. I’d try it out.

I like how the playground is gated & there is PLENTY of running space. There was no handsoap in the restrooms, so we had to bring our own. There was another family having a little party & so the only trash can in the area with tables was overflowing. We brought trash bags, thinking we could toss the full ones in the garbage dumpster. We walked over to the brick wall & found there was no dumpster. The kids had fun even though the slide was blocked off. There is a basketball court & a baseball diamond, for those wondering. They also have a few BBQ grills & cement benches/tables. Attached: a photo of one of my twins passed out from playing so hard 😁
