PICKLEBALL COURT RENTALS
Time Block(3 hours)
Morning Block (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM): $120 per court
Midday Block (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM): $120 per court
Evening Block (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM): $120 per court
Availability: Monday through Thursday.
Weekend bookings: Please inquire directly for availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

HOUSE RENTAL
40 guests allowed. Must be 13 or older. Parking up to 20 cars on site. Free parking lot onsite. Free cancellation. Get a full refund if you cancel 3 days before your booking. Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. Minimum check-in age: 23. Check-out before 11:00 AM. This court allows a maximum of 40 guests. 1 to 5 guests: $40 / hour. 6 to 10 guests: $80 / hour. 11 to 15 guests: $120 / hour.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Guests have full access to the outdoor space from their guest house to the lake. This includes the pickleball courts, outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, Cabanas, Swim Spa, fire pit, outdoor bathroom, kayaks, body boards and lawn games. Please do not use inside towels outdoors. There will be sand colored towels outside by the spa. Please also clean up any food outside before leaving the area for the day.

HOUSE RULES
Allowed alcohol, smoking, parties, third-party vendors, loud music. All music and loud noise has to end by 9:00 due to the noise ordinance. Host is not responsible for guests consuming or providing alcohol. All smoking must be away from the property on the sandy beach areas only. No pets.

OUTDOOR GAMES
Corn hole, putting green, volleyball, Frisbee golf, single kayak $25/hr, paddleboard $25/hr, tandem kayak $30/hr.
