Fun park with mixed age structures close together so easier to have siblings play within view. Nice to have the adjacent field for running around. Liked the benches in the shade, as well.

Always friendly neighbors and dogs. Safe for small children ..

It's okay - tiny. Tennis courts, half- court basketball court, but poor layout. The tables have a full-length bench on one side and half-length on the other to accommodate wheelchair bound visitors. I think that's nice, but not at EVERY table. The waste receptacles are not near the grills or tables. The basketball court has huge holes in the surface. Players would have to be very careful not to catch the tread of their shoe on the edges of the holes. There are six parking spaces and one handicap spot. I didn't check the restroom. There is also access to a walking path that looks like it could be part of the trail that goes around the bay at Alviso.

We took our granddaughters to visit this Milpitas "public" park. The park only has SIX parking spaces and one handicap space. Every space had a car parked in it. We had to illeagely park in the business across the street. Why would a city public park have only 6 parking spaces. We we're the ONLY people playing at the park. The cars parked in the lot obviously parked by someone in the ajacent row housing complex. When we walked back to our car we saw a person illegally park their car in an unmarked parking space and then walk to the row houses. Nice Park but not a "public" park if there is no parking!!! Whoever approved a public park and only allowed parking for SIX cars should be fired. Those six spaces are never open to the public! The park is obviously fir the residents if the row houses!
