Great park, safe and full of cute kids and families. Beautiful and serene. The bathrooms have a combination and I don't understand why restrooms are not public unlike the rest of the park. Same could be said about the tennis courts. Is the tennis court inherently more valuable than the basketball court? These rules drive me crazy. 29th all of the sports facilities and amenities, there should come a restroom at your disposal. And yes it should be absolutely open to anyone including the homeless people (which you don't find in this upscale neighborhood), whom home-full people are so afraid of. Honey! homelessness is only contagious if you don't prevent inequality, not by preventing homeless people from access to public spaces. That is to say, this gentrification strategy only widens inequality.....

The park is private but open for public use. Tennis courts and restrooms are locked for Newport Ridge HOA members and renter residents of the community. Basketball courts a not lit. Tennis courts light shuts off around 10pm. LEOREALTY

While it is a Private park. We have been riding our bikes in the area for a decade. Never been hassled. Over the years we have seen a lot of people have parties at the park and leave their Trash everywhere. Think the signs are there for liability issues.

Beautiful park with all you need for a dog party! Do it on a Sunday, after 230. Animal control are gentle by then but there's always one jerk who can call.

Its a nice and quiet park with plenty of space for kids. There a kids playground. Few basketball courts. Shelters with bench and bbq grills.

Nice and small community park. Has tennis courts, basketball courts, tables, a playground, and plenty of benches & trees along with shady spots.

Very nice park. Playground equipment is in good location. Was able to sit in the shade and watch the kids play. Only negative, you can't access the bathrooms. My daughter had to use the bathroom. There is some sort of key code. Most likely for residents only. Do not come to this park if you need access to bathrooms.

TLDR: private park with private restrooms. Park itself is nice, with good playground, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball and baseball courts, restrooms (with door locks; access available for residents of the nearby houses & community). Parking is rather spacious, but visitors frequently park on the side of the road. There is a nice view from the walking path as well. There are private picnic tables as well. There is no fence around the park, so it's easy to miss the label restricting park to locals. Some of the walking paths lack the "private park" labels as well.

Great park but watch for coyotes when your out a little later at night. My ex wife and I saw a coyote running a cross the street into the bush next to the railing and a lady jogged right past him within the next 30 seconds and had no idea it was there. This coyote was so smart that we could not see it at all. They know how to hide. So watch your little fur babies.
