The sites are not great, no picnic tables and fairly close together. However, this does not matter as you will be much too busy taking part in all the other activities - water aerobics, yoga, line dancing, pickle ball, bocce, water polo, hiking, golf, social activites etc. etc. etc. After all that you can swim in one of the two heated pools or laze in one of the four hot tubs (3 are mineral). There are also three huge claw-footed bath tubs where you can laze in mineral water. There is a restaurant and store too. Everyone is friendly. This is our second trip and we would definitely go back. Only downside is that wifi is available only beside the office and it is not very robust. Room Tip:Take groceries with you as the store has limited offerings and it is quite a drive to other... Hot pools and lots of activities - summer camp for adults!

Really nice senior community with many ammenities and activities, so many I can't recall them all. There are tennis courts, two pools, Spa with hot tubs, shower facility next to the pool facility, pool tables, three different Halls for activities. There is an on-site convenience store, post office, and vending machines. There were even 2 dog park/obstacle courses: one for small dogs and one for medium to large dogs. I even saw a deer grazing in someone's front yard. There are many trails for walking dogs and hiking. Golf carts are aplenty in this RV Park. I look forward to staying there in my retirement.

I love the hot pools. I love that. There is a laundry room and a gym and a post office. The people staying there extremely friendly and gracious. The staff is friendly as well, put the policies in several areas seem ridiculously petty. There’s a 2.5% charge if you use your credit card. Most businesses recognizes as just the cost of doing business and absorb it. Not so here. There’s one vegetarian entrée on the menu and that is a minuscule grilled cheese sandwich. I asked the woman taking my order if she would put a slice of tomato and some lettuce on it. She said “we don’t do custom orders.” Seriously? She couldn’t be bothered to yell over her shoulder to the cook to add a damn slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce for a $10 grilled cheese sandwich. Absolutely pathetic. I wanted to get propane for my van before I left. It’s quite an ordeal. You have to go to the office. Wait in line and get a ticket. Then you have to go wait in line until the guy shows up who will pump your propane. He writes a number on the ticket and then you have to go back to the office and wait in line and pay for it. These are the little irritating things that really take away from the overall experience of such a lovely spa.

Boondocking spot for a month. Great amenities. Appreciate dog park area and trails to walk. Laundry is clean and accessible. Everyone so friendly. Pools and soak tubs are so relaxing and enjoyable. The mountains are beautiful.

We like camping up near Coachella, but always try to check out other RV parks to see if we might find one we’d like to stay at in the future over the winter. They pack RVs in real tight here- some so close that the slide outs from your neighbors might hit your RV if you aren’t positioned just right. But Prices are lower, so I guess you get what you pay for. Amenities were nice. Location is pretty far off the grid- you’d have to drive quite a distance for just about anything you want or need. But some folks like that. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the onsite cafe cooks up a really good Reuben as well as grilled chicken sandwich.

Lovely RV resort with tons of activities. The spa pools were warm and therapeutic. The staff and other RVers are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two weeks in the pull-through site #109. The resort is clean and well-maintained. …

The rows are terraced so everyone can have a prime view of the Saltan Sea in the distance, the mountains, and OH! the sunsets. Spaces are standard and very well-tended. Everyone is so nice! The camp store is very well stocked with food, beer, wine, FOY merch and clothing. Tons of activities and groups to choose from. We had forgotten how much we loved it here. We were here for 2 weeks last year, a month this year, and I already reserved for 2 months next year. Don't forget to head into Bombay Beach to the Ski Inn for a cocktail or two. Bikable distance. Such an interesting area.

I stayed here with family for about 3 days and it was great. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were very well kept. I was able to check out the workout room, and game rooms as those were also well kept thanks to the staff and responsible guests. The food is also delicious especially their breakfast! A pretty quiet area with friendly people.

Went for a day... stayed a month. I love the water and peace and quiet so it was a nice change of pace from the busy California coastline. I have been suffering from lower back and neck pain and the hot spring mixed with cool mineral pools really felt amazing. I heard from others that they were able to walk again after spending some relaxing time there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I felt right at home. Already planning my next visit!

Blessings, currently sitting in a hot mineral bath of the most exquisite composition. Far have I traveled to appreciate springs & healing spaces, this offering a unique opportunity to Harmonize in sheltered space. These tubs and the design behind is brilliantly executed in elegance and simplicity. 🛁🌱 Our overnight was tranquil with a beautiful touch of Mars.College blissful background. Community has been peaceful and inviting. Grateful for this space.

We stop for a few nights here every year on our return trip from RVing the Baja peninsula. Its got it all, and feels like absolute luxury after a few months of rough camping. We can dump our holding tanks, fill our fresh water tank, wash the truck and trailer, do laundry, have showers, enjoy the pools and hot pools, shoot some pool in the evenings and generally relax and enjoy ourselves. The facilities are top notch. I've never seen such clean bathrooms in any RV park anywhere. We stay in the upper dry camping area and at the time of writing it's $30 US per night, with access to all facilities. The only thing missing is a decent cafe. We've had only one meal at the Sunset Grill and it was god-awful, but there is nothing else anywhere nearby. There is a small, well-stocked convenience store on the premises.

The witness protection program's secret is out. If you want to hide someone, this is the place. Too far from civilization for my taste. A month was too much. Great pools and spas. Spectacular horseshoe pits and pool hall. Horrendous entertainment. People are nice. Family owned, not a corporate behemoth. Sites are very snug. You better be social because you open your door to your neighbor's - opposite parking. Best to pay a few extra bucks and get a patio site if you can. If not, ask to face the Salton Sea. Sunsets are great. Overall, very good, just stock up on supplies first.

Was amazing, till one old woman had a fun day at the pool shut down…..really, about 40 people, on Sunday around 2 in the afternoon having a game…..she calls the owner, who calls the sheriff, has us all leave….kidding me, nope…no laws being broken…..who does she know!!!

Nice enough RV park for the permanent residents that live there. But for us just stopping for a night, we got a sun-baked gravel pad to park in. Not only that, but instead of like most parks of this size and having a guide in a golf cart show us to our assigned spot, we were handed a map and shown were we supposed to park. When I asked about a guide, she acted like I was speaking gibberish. On the plus side, the mineral tubs were wonderful to soak in. Diner was closed as was convenience store, so I can't speak to that. Probably would not stay again.

Just finished a month long stay here. Pros: 1. Laundry on site 2. Beautiful sunsets 3. Quiet most of the time. 4. Spacious sites 5. Friendly staff 6. Convenient well stocked store 7. Fast maintenance response. Had an electrical issue at the box after rolling in late - repair guy was there the next day and fixed it. Cons: 1. In the evening they play music loudly at the diner. If you are parked nearby it’s very annoying. 2. The internet where we were was basically non-functioning. We need a connection for work so we had to increase our cellular data. We worked with their IT guy for a few days to get it to work but we eventually just gave up. (If it wasn’t for this would have been 4/5). 3. During the first few weeks there were some pretty loud campers. Lots of ATVs, revving engines early in the morning. 4. No grocery store nearby - not dinging them for this but you should be aware. 5. Too few Dumpsters, too far away.

So this is truly a wonderful resort, except that one person can completely shut down a pool game. Really, sunday , 2 in the afternoon. Yes playing a game with about 40 people. She comes in, say we are having to much fun. We think she’s joking. Next, though, sheriffs come, we have to all leave, Really, who does she know, or what does she give out?? Crazy that one person can have that control over the owners! We were not breaking any laws, even the sheriffs wer baffled!! Supposingly, she’s had many functions at the pool shut down!! Why doesn’t she just move? She just pissed off a lot of people……

Far be it from me to pass such a low rating to a place and perhaps it is to their credit that wouldn't let me stay there as my van is only for dry camping. No problem last year, this year no chance. No problem down the road at Bashfords.

Fountain of Youth took away the full hookups for 3 month special @$2250. Now its month to month @ $1050. Thats a $900 increase.

I don't recommend. My family and I visited here nine years ago in an RV and had a decent time so my husband and I decided to go back and rent a villa since we would be in the area. We were a bit taken back at how rude the lady who checked us in was but excused due to her age. They have nice facilities -except for the fact that the store and restaurant are closed from March until October- but we knew this before arriving so we weren't to concerned about that. Our second night there we came back from exploring late (10:45 pm). The front gate was locked and there was a sign stating to use the upper gate. V we tried to go to the upper gate but there was no way to get in without a remote. We were never told this or given a remote when checking in. We tried calling all of the numbers we had to no avail. We had to park our truck outside of the facility over night and fanagle our way through the gate. The television in our villa also did not work the whole time we were there. We tried calling the desk in the evening after arrival and were never called back. We called again in the morning and were told they would fix it when we were out for the day... When we came back it was still not fixed. The villa came stocked with dishes and pots and pans but no toiletries (shampoo or soap) and no coffee. Thankfully I had brought my own shampoo but had to use hand soap for body soap our first night. Lastly, when you rent a villa they force you to pay a $500 deposit to be returned after check out. It took 5 days and me calling to get my deposit back. It could be a great place but we won't be back.

Due to an error by the office staff I ended up in a site next to one of their permanent residents. Richard in site 257B is a nightmare. He gets drunk and berates his obviously diminished capacity brother who also lives there. Someone needs to call Adult Protective Services. Both residents are usually intoxicated, using power tools such as chainsaws, saws and sanders, and they have visitors who openly carry firearms and whom are also regularly intoxicated. I was greeted every morning by the glorious view of their trash dump of a yard. And I paid $700 for the privilege. NEVER AGAIN. The pools were green and overly chlorinated on multiple occasions. I received multiple emails during my stay for non-payment(I paid in full), you’re checking out today, you’re checking in today….your computer system is not working properly. There is nothing good here anymore.
