Walking distance to Marriott golf course, (15 minutes or so) & of course easy drives to approximately 20 other golf courses in Coachella Valley. Pickle Ball as well as tennis. Swimming pools. Best little community in Palm Desert. Quiet, peaceful & fun.

Lovely & Quiet, this is not a twin of Palm Springs. Great shopping areas away from residences but nearby with car. A place to use as home base while visiting all the wonders & warmth of Coachella Valley, especially from mid-March to Mid-May. Snowbirds love it here from October thru Memorial Day. After that you need to enjoy days between 100° -110°. Its 120° once or twice between July thru September 15th. Air conditioning works well & when it's June 1 thru 9/15, we enjoy living outdoors from sundown to midnight only. Walking distance to Marriott golf course, (15 minutes or so) & of course easy drives to approximately 20 other golf courses. Pickle Ball as well as tennis. Swimming pools

Silver Sand RC is an ideal spot for your vacation. BUT DO NOT EVER BOOK ANY RENTAL THROUGH TRIPADVISOR. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL A RENTAL NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY. AND I DID TRY AND GOT A 25% REFUND. BE FOREWARNED OR BE PREPARED TO LEAVE A LOT OF MONEY ON THE TABLE.
