The Antelope Valley Country Club was a pleasant surprise—very nice and welcoming. Coach Kirk Shoemaker, a tennis pro with TennisO, runs excellent classes and is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t miss Taco Tuesday, it’s a fun bonus! As a tennis player (and for you pickleball fans too), I definitely recommend checking out this location.
    Mario Hernandez: ★★★★★
Nice field, plenty of tennis courts and good little restaurant with a bar lounge area.
    Eric Miller: ★★★★
Golf and tennis club. Tennis small but friendly. Courts and facilities OK.

I can only review AV CC on what I experienced.. I did not pay golf, but my brother did and he loves it there. All the ppl I met were very nice. The bar seemed fairly well stocked. The dining area needs an update. It's a great view from the patio and relaxing.
    Carlos Barrios: ★★★★
The course is in good shape, especially the greens. Staff is all courteous and attentive. Bar staff makes really good drunks and Lemon Leaf food is really good.

Food at the restaurant was amazing! Everything was fresh and delicious!

Had an amazing time! Went with my company and co-workers. About 25 of us, played only 9 holes but over all it was amazingly fun.

Outstanding experience! Superb food, service, and venue. We celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday, and had 30 guests. All our guests gave high praises to the staff, the food, and the whole experience. We had tri-tip and chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and cooked veggies—delicious! Outstanding job Karen for setting all up, Maria for the superb service, Jose for the delicious drinks, and Mark for the delicious meals. We give our highest endorsement!

Great course! And great food and drinks. Friendly staff in the kitchen. Their tuna melt is delicious. And I had one of the best amaretto sours here. Very comfortable golf carts, updated with screens that tell you all sorts of handy info, like how far the green is. It was a little frustrating having the cart shut off on you if it thought you were in a wrong area. You had to put it in reverse Terry, to move the cart. Overall good course if you’re still learning or getting into golfing.

AVCC is going through some awesome changes! The country club bar "The Grill" is serving AMAZING food. This AVCC Club Sandwich is absolutely crazy delicious and picture is only a half serving!! Everything is made right there, even the succulent potato salad. Make sure to also check out the awesome Friday Night dinner!

We recently hosted our company party at the Antelope Valley Country Club, and it was an outstanding experience. The general manager, Mark, was incredible—his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly truly made the event memorable. The food he provided was absolutely amazing—each dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared. The service was phenomenal, with every little detail taken care of to perfection. We also want to thank Grace, our server, who was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone had everything they needed. We highly recommend the Antelope Valley Country Club for any event. Their exceptional service, amazing food, and attention to detail make it the ideal venue for any occasion!

Karen and Jose were amazing! The communication was excellent. The set up of our event was superior. The food was fantastic. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied for the way things went for our celebration of life services for my parents. I’m grateful for the touch and caring they showed before, during, and after the event. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. You will not be disappointed if you go through them. They made everything super easy and meaningful. Treated me as if I was a family member. Thanks to them!!!

Karen and Jose were very accommodating. Jose was a breath of fresh air. I planned my wedding and both of them communicated well with me and made my day special. Jose would offer suggestions and was there through it all. He was a very good coordinator of the actual event. I have a big family that flew in from Jamaica. We were able to bring in our dishes to satisfy the many different cultures that attended our wedding. The food together with the venue was phenomenal. It rained the day before and although we had planned an outdoor ceremony, Jose and Karen assured me that everything would still be beautiful on the patio. They did not disappoint. My outside vendors complimented AV Country Club's services, specifying they were the best venue they had ever worked with. The only issue was the bartender had miscommunicated with the guest that there was a cost and a few of my guests paid for their drinks. We informed our guests that it was an open bar. I expressed my concerns to Jose, who immediately rectified the issue.

Really nice carts and huge space, but I did not like how unkept the fairway and greens were. For the price point, i'd rather play at another course
    John Serrato: ★★★
Fairways are below average, pace is always super slow on the weekends. Pricing a little high considering the conditions of the course. Staff at the pro shop super helpful and courteous.
    Robert Brewer: ★★★
Pro shop guy a little on the snooty side and $40 for 9 holes with no lake hazard a bit spendy for AV
    Julie Klein: ★★★
    Very slow service.

Facilities are very nice. Golf course is a disaster. Terrible fairways. Looks like they never water. Very disappointed since I grew up playing here and returned after many years away. No longer a Country Club. Now a full public golf course.
    Lorenzo Beamon: ★
Attended a gala here today and the event center was very nice, very well kept....but the food was terrible. Chicken and Steak were on the menu and they steak was really over cooked and the chicken was very dry and unfavorable. Just don't understand how you could destroy 2 dishes such as these.
    Jeremy Ptacnik: ★
This course is the worst course in the AV area. The members are extremely rude acting like entitled Karens to nonmembers, the course is in horrible condition, really strict rules with nonmembers over members and the staff makes you feel unwelcomed. Stick to Rancho Vista for golf in the AV. They should of did us a favor and stayed closed to the public
    Cruz Caldera: ★★
Played on 2/10. There was a mini tournament in front of our scheduled tee time, not much to it this happens. However we interacted with some of the members that were playing on the tournament and they were so rude. No starter so there was so much confusion which group was on the tee. Fairways were in bad shape. The greens were in great condition. Course has a great layout and challenging if you play the blue tees. Will not play this course for awhile mostly because of the bad experience with members and lack of communication from folks in the pro shop.
