Quiet park in a nice neighborhood surrounded by homes. We reserved 3 picnic tables with a sink, grilling area, and counter top. Lots of shade trees and covered tables. Area by tables also had plenty of grass. The only negative is the bathroom's and playground are on the other side of the park from the picnic tables and ball field.

Pros: In the winter this place has a breeze, and every inch is useable. Cons: In the non winter months, this place is unhealthy to roast to death due to extreme lack of shade for kids and guardians alike. If its sunny or hot, maybe spend the 12 seconds and go down the road to a different playground. Or bring a big umbrella.
