Monday thru Friday: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Saturday thru Sunday: 10:00 am -2:00 pm. Open play hours may fluctuate based on gym usage. Dates and times are subject to change. Free – Bring your own equipment. Call center for more information (619) 235-1152. Gates to the back open at 3pm. Bathrooms close early and parking is tough so plan ahead.

Picturesque park with tons of free parking and lots of walking to do. Take a stroll around the lake or check out the many different species of ducks and birds, just watch out for all the poop on the ground! They have a fairly updated workout stations with tons of different combination to break a sweat. Great park thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Lovely park and the perfect addition to the neighborhood as well as a great place for kids to play. At least it was until recently when authorities along with Parks and Recreation let it turn into a camp for homeless people. We spoke with police a few times and they keep saying that there's nothing they can do about it. Shame, as this used to be a place inhabited by prostitutes and drug dealers, was consequently cleaned up and now is allowed to deteriorate once again.

Nice park and I have enjoyed it for years. Parking is not always the best but the space is usually clean and nice and now days some interesting people hang out there. Recommended on a sunny afternoon.
