Horrible experience! I confirmed with THREE different staffs that my membership will be cancelled when we leave the city. Guess what, they charged my credit card AGAIN! And there is no refund but club credit! What is the point of me confirming with your team THREE times before my next billing date? Now they leave me with no choice but call my credit card company to report a fraudulent transaction. AVOID their monthly payment option!!!
