My young family and I really love this place. All of us enjoy the year round swimming and tennis and for me, the wonderful BBQ area that I use frequently ensures great conversations about what's on the grill. Sure, it's an older club but it's cozy, clean and familiar with many successful and interesting members that support a cultural diversity at the club that we celebrate here in the bay area. This is a true hidden gem in the bay area.
G ary: ★★★★★
A private tennis and swim club. You can get in early to late for a workout on exercise equipment, steamroom, floor exercises and more. Spend a day with family and friends and use the many bbqs and tables while the kids swim in their own pool next to the adults. Even a hottub to help melt the stress of work away. Very friendly staff to help you get more out of your membership.
Amanda Juarez: ★★★★★
The club is clean with alot of options for fitness. The water aerobics class looks fantastic & the people appear friendly. We joined after a small tour.
Karla Gallardo: ★★★★★
Great pool open entire day where I often have my own lane. Challenging classes. Daycare (which allows me to workout even though I have a kid). Nice community of people.
Peter Forster: ★★★★
An Olympic pool. Weight machines. Reasonable monthly fees. Friendly staff but some very restrictive rules can make it a challenge to sign up. In need of an update.
Judith Radousky: ★★★★
Great pool, set in Redwoods. Classes are small and personal. Lots of tennis courts. People are friendly.

I really like the swimming pools and the fact they have a shallow pool for kids. There is a lot of space for grilling and hanging out. But I am giving this gym 3 stars because of one of the ladies who works at the front desk. She never says hi, she actually never says anything back, she always looks annoyed whenever I ask her anything, no smile, nothing. All other staff members who I met are very nice. Other than that, the gym is ok. It’s outdated but I can work with it. The mirrors in the gym are also old and have some stains so I don’t see myself clearly in them.
Adam Pisani: ★★★
Nice facility with many upgrades since we joined the first time 8 years ago. Good for young and old. Can be pretty crowded on nice days. The following excludes the life guards. They do their job well and don't seem over zealous. Some of the staff take enforcing the rules wa
y too far. My daughter was scolded because she dipped her hand into the hot tub out of curiosity. (under 16 not allowed in the hot tub, steam room, or sauna). She was aware of the rule. Again, she OBVIOUSLY wasn't trying to get in. The staff and management almost seem to take pleasure in calling people out on breaking rules. I witnessed as a friend of mine was wrongly acussed (again in an aggressive, confrontational and probably humiliating kind of way) of "vaping" in the locker room. They can be sheisty with their sign up incentives too. If you sign up at the end of the month and are expecting the free month they promise you, you don't get one. Your membership is not valid until approved and because you signed up at the end of a month you lose. They won't warn you either. I know several people it happened to including myself. It's bad for their buisness, and what does it cost them??? If you show up to sign up you will not be able use the facility until your membership is approved. You can enter as a guest of another member and pay tbe guest fee which you will not be credited back. I really don't mean to bash, and hopefully this kind of feedback is helpful. Just sharing my experiences. Usually I do find the staff pleasant, but also a few times less than. ★★★
Ed Hernandez: ★★★
Needs some upgrades, but overall a good and family friendly environment.
Negative Reviews:
Chris M: ★
We were members for many years then canceled during Covid when the owner kept charging us for months when the club was closed. Joined again a year ago but it was the same old stuff. Dated equipment. Gestapo level rules and signs.
Angelic Evalisa: ★
Lisa is a horrible person. She was so mean to me today and extremely sarcastic. I’ve been here multiple times and have never had an issue until today. Haven’t met a person this rude in a very long time. I personally give Lisa zero stars.
Robert Escorcio: ★
This place has a real problem with customer service. On multiple occasions my children have been accused of things they didn't do such as breaking equipment and have been yelled at. The staff (especially Lisa) is very rude generally. The pool and equipment is good, but don't be fooled. It is only a matter of time before your enjoyment is ruined. Save yourself the headache.
Maureen Akika: ★
Gym is small and from the 70’s but I signed up for the tennis court and pool thinking I could drop off my child at their daycare, however they change rules without informing their customers, they refuse to even discuss when there’s a complain or an ask and just tell you to cancel your membership. I am not asking for outstanding service but refusing to talk to your customer and tell them to pretty much shove it...wow
Soft Carrot Cake: ★
This place sucks Specially the owner Mark. Well the management are not to friendly, this place needs upgrades to many rules not a cool place...... Mark the owner is a joke and a yerk !!!!!!
eleni savaides: ★
This place is a dump; outdated equipment, facility needs updating, unprofessional and under staffed, a long list of petty rules and way overpriced.
