I really loved this park! It is super clean, people walking there were super friendly. It is nice for picnics or just going for a walk and photographs. I was not able to walk around the whole park so I have a reason to come back for more!

Amazing park and community center. We needed a midway stopping point for our baby and dog from our drive to three rivers from San Diego. This checked all the boxes and more. Clean indoor restrooms, a large clean grassy area for our dog to run around and get some energy out. Covered pavilions to have a snack and feed our baby, and a playground if she needed it. It was a beautiful day out and we were very grateful for such a well planned and lovely park. The other families, patrons, dog owners were all friendly and seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. Great addition to the community.

This place is tranquil. Its manicured lawns are almost surreal. It’s hard to believe that you are in the middle of a city. My headache just gone after 20 minutes of strolling through.

Lovely park on a lovely day. Nice little park right off McBean Parkway. Google maps took me to the Summit YMCA and it is possible to park there though I assume it is discouraged generally. There is street parking and a park entrance on Del Monte Dr so if there is a negative to the park that's it, parking isn't a given. That however is fairly trivial relative to how nice the park is. You can: get your steps in. Walk your dogs. Picnic woth blanket or table. Get exercise and oooommmmmm, meditate to the tranquility of this little gem. Paved paths even when you venture off the open grass space area. Paths go all the way up to Del Monte Dr farther down from the parking. You can walk down a off track dirt path that splits the paved area but be careful with your dogs. I had to remove cockleburs several times. Jungle gym for the kids, multiple locations with concrete tables. It's also near pretty much anything Valencia has to offer when you're done at the park and want to grab a bite or go shopping. Recommended.

The kid's park looks older than other parks nearby but my kid loves this park the most. The huge slide is very entertaining for kids. The open area is very beautiful and there are very long trails all around the park. The kind of abandoned building at the entrance is the only bad part and looks like the building is going to renovated now.
