Very clean local neighborhood park. Park has restrooms, baseball fields, playgrounds, even a bike trail and barbecue pits to boot. The facilities are very old, but the hygiene is very good and the staff are very responsible. There are homeless people sleeping on the benches and hanging around, usually by mid-day they've already scattered. There is a restroom.

So many concrete trails to walk my dog. I noticed a playground for 2 to 5 year olds. There were lots of picnic tables all over. And ride along side of it there is the Tulare Santa Fe trail.

We were looking for a good park to play tennis in Tulare and we found this park. It has a lot of parking spaces and the play grounds are in the middle of the park far away from the main street. The tennis courts are well-taken care of and the park is in a nice condition. The restroom is in the middle of the park so you don't have to walk a lot in case you need to use them. I recommend this park to anybody that has little kids
