8 permanent pickleball courts, 3 tennis courts. No lights. Ball donations for non-members. Loaner paddles available. There are 8 pickleball courts and many players. The situation is tense with the homeowners who don’t appreciate all the fun other people are having and want them out of their neighborhood. About 80 players. Play starts at 10 on weekends and no play on Thursday.

• Senior Annual Plus Pass (Age 60 & Over): $360
• Annual Standard Pass (Ages 16-59): $330
• Annual Plus Pass (Ages 16-59): $410
• 4 Month Standard Pass: $135
• Youth Pass (15 and under): $165
• 90 Min Court Usage Fee: $8
• Advanced Reservation Fee for Standard Pass Holder: $7
• Advanced Reservation Fee: $16.50
• Court reservations can be made 8 days in advance starting at 12:30 pm the eighth day.

PICKLEBALL PARKING

• Please park ONLY in the parking lot or alongside the edges of the park on Dapplegray Lane and Stewart Avenue.
• Please DO NOT park on the neighbors sides of the street on Dapplegray Lane and Stewart Avenue or anywhere on Gladwin Court.
• Please move your car if necessary and remind other pickleball players of our player parking guidelines!
