2 lighted tennis courts, 6 dedicated pickleball courts. In good condition. Pickleball court with lights and nighttime security, open till 10:00pm. Many homeless people in this area. Park has ample space for tennis with large size tennis courts, pickleball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoe, plenty of picnic space, tables and bbq pits. The playground is updated, and there's also a smaller playground for the younger kids that has also been recently updated as well. There are plenty of tables to sit at. There's a covered area, but lots of homeless people are gathered beneath it normally. The restrooms are automated. The toilets flush themselves, and the sinks are automatic. Ive always enjoyed taking the kids to this park. There are a lot of homeless people that hang out there, but ive never had issues with any of them . They are either friendly, or they keep to themselves for the most part. We host birthday parties there multiple times every year. I dont see that changing.

There's tables and automated restrooms. They put in a boche ball court. There is a skatepark in the back. And volleyball courts on the other side of the 2 playgrounds, next to the field, behind the park. There was a fight between 2 homeless people, one of whom seemed to be living in his vehicle at the park. It seems like law enforcement is not pushing the law about camping in city limits. This is supposed to be a nice family park, not a boxing ring.. The park is nice, but the atmosphere is lacking due to the kinds of people loitering around drinking in the daytime and doing who knows what else.

My daughters and I always go to use the volleyball net play area. There is always kids at the park for my youngest to play with so she was happy! People are always having birthday parties here too because of the playground and it has a few covered tables. I love the big trees, they provide lots of shade and they have bathrooms on site. Use at your own discretion though!! Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves today.

I'm sure this WAS a cute park too bring your kids to but the bathrooms are in horrendous condition and I'm not sure any maintenance regularly cleans them. They have urine on the floor, trash and debris thrown into the toilets and no toilet paper. Today 10/23/24 there is feces all over the middle bathroom. They need to be pressure washed and sanitized. Shame on yuba city of you are going to build something that has a public bathroom then someone needs to maintain it, sorry. Nice way to disrespect Sam Brannan
