Positive Reviews:Richard Lossing: ★★★★
Good courts with not too many surface problems and good nets. The wind coming off the playing field can be an issue, though.

Clean, and safe. You may need to hop a fence to get into the playground if the school decides to lock the gates.

Nice local park to bring your kid to on weekends. Alternative to the big one near Albany high school.
Aaron Leong: ★★★★
Small public park that you can rent/book for events. The space is intimate, but nice and quiet. Note that bathrooms are not open to the public, unless you rent the place (and only then, it's accessible with a key only). Not super-convenient.

The park parts are fun for smaller kids.Tennis courts and a baseball diamond are set up in the back. Basketball courts are nice. There isn't much shade. Good black top area for bike riding.
Negative Reviews:Adin Henderson: ★★
It is next to a school of elementary students. Has Albany park grass cutters and tennis courts. A resident of the house closest to the park side uses the tennis courts when her son is not taking lessons with her friend from this park. Apparently it has a view of visitors arriving waiting perhaps. This may be an attempt by police to move into homes by removing parks. Imagine we are already Korea. And lost the war and helping to move in.
