Full on Tennis Center; Clean, Large, Championship stadium for Premier Events. I can't rate it more than a 3 or 4, because I never joined the club, nor took a lesson there. . . My only 2 - 3 times @ the facility were my experiences as a Volunteer at PPA events, (Professional Pickleball tournaments). I did investigate the club events, activities, and lesson offerings in flyers, in Darlings Pro Shop, that offered an adequate inventory of racquets, shoes, clothes & tennis accessories. If I lived in Summerlin year round, I consider joining the facility. However, being in my No. California home, 7+ months of the time . . . It's value was greatly diminished. Nice place!

I visit Las Vegas a few times every year and always go for drills at Darling Tennis. Today for the first time ever, even though I called ahead and space was available for the 4.0 drills, by the time I could uber there, all the clinics and all the courts were full. The Head Pro, John McCauley, called some people next up and got me on the court with some really solid players that had a court for drills. The experience was way better than a group drill and I made some new friends. Thank you John McCauley, Patrick, Amy and Jesse. You are all awesome people and I look forward to seeing you on the court when I come back!

All of the coaches are so good – everyone has their own unique teaching style. I’ve mostly been taking Nick Zinsmeister's morning grad class, and he’s amazing! He has such a positive vibe and really knows how to break down proper form and technique. He’s always so encouraging, which makes a huge difference when you're learning. And in response to the last reviewer — Jeff Rice is a great coach, genuinely a nice dude, but if ya don’t have a sense of humor, maybe don’t take his class.

I started at DTC in August 2024 in the beginners (30 for $30) classes. For someone who has never even touched a tennis racquet, the beginners classes were a great way to learn proper technique. After 30 days, the coaches/instructors let you know if you're ready for grad clinics, which is the next level up. I've enjoyed many of the beginners classes, grad clinics, semi-private lessons, and private lessons. All coaches/instructors have different styles and approaches, and I appreciate the variety. I have particularly liked Nick Zinsmeister. His classes and lessons are methodical, technical, helpful/beneficial, active, and fun! Any tweaks he makes to your technique are like magic! I've really appreciated the time and attention he gives, and I'm grateful to have him as a coach. DTC has been a great place to be active, have fun, and be social. I've met some great people! I will for sure continue my tennis journey at DTC!
