There is a gravel road from the park proper, under the freeway, to an open space area. The gravel roads are wide and the hills are easy to walk. In the spring, the open space was nicely green.

There are also several paths that wind through the park, providing a great opportunity for exercise and exploring. However, it's worth noting that there is an ever-present homeless danger along the Coyote Creek Trail, which runs adjacent to the park. While the park itself is safe and well-monitored, visitors should take caution and be aware of their surroundings if using the trail.

Wonderful park for walking/jogging. Sitting on a bench under shadow one can observe funny activities of thousands of squirrels. It is pleasant to see humming birds floating at some moments and next moment to a treetop and continue such movement in front of you.

The park itself is pretty and features lots of space and courts for tennis. Sure, you see homeless in some parts but where else can they go? Overall so much potential for beautification.
