8 very nice, permanent pickleball courts located at the Perris Hill Park Tennis and Pickleball Center in San Bernardino, CA. The City of San Bernardino repurposed two tennis courts at the Perris Hill Park Tennis Center into eight permanent Pickleball courts. The courts are open to the public for free on a drop-in basis. There are no membership fees. There is abundant free parking, open to public play. The best chance to pick up a match is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8 am to 12 pm. Beginners are welcome, as are advanced players. There is ample room around the courts for free, unrestricted movement when playing. 5 lighted tennis courts with shade benches. Park offers baseball, tennis, swimming, picnicking & grilling plus Roosevelt Bowl stadium. No membership or fees required, open to public for free. The park setting with majestic pine trees on the north side and a view of the San Bernardino mountains make these some of the finest Pickleball courts in the Inland Empire. Due to large trees that border courts suggest you bring a leaf blower. Park is now clean and free of homeless. Easy parking. No power outlets, water fountains for drinking or toilet facilities.
COURT LIGHTS 20 min court lights. Press button to light court. When beeper sounds, press butoon for extended play. Warning: if lights are allowed to go out, a 20 min waiting period is required before light will relight.
PARKING Ample free parking available just south of the Perris Hill Tennis Center. Enter at Harrison St. & E. Highland Ave., just west of Fiscalini Baseball Field. Once in the parking area, turn right toward the Tennis Center. Pickleball Courts are at the far west end of the Tennis Center.

Place used to be filled with homeless but got kicked out. They still lurk around though. Nice tennis courts and nice park regardless.

This is a great functional park. Tennis court, concert area, playground, picnic areas and lots of parking areas. First time visit and I enjoyed the area and the event I attended.

This us a great park considering its location in san Bernardino. Theres tennis courts (7), a gorgeous pool with a huge slide, a baseball diamond thst rivals tha dodgers (jus kidding) and kool amphitheater built into tha hillside. Behind that is a great walking/jogging trail. Theres plenty of parking, plenty of shade trees, benches 4 eating n drinking, n then some....
Stephanie Campbell: ★★★★
They have a really nice walking trail .... it's hidden & looks closed off (But it's not !!) Kind of deceiving !! It's behind the tennis courts, & it's a beautiful scenic route around the hill behind the tennis courts !!!

Jerry Green: ★★★
Pickleball courts are great, but many homeless and others around
Kathryn Lindsey: ★★★
Good play equipment and tennis courts, but lots of drugs and homeless.

The tennis courts at Perris Hill are the attraction. There is a wonderful group of retired people who play Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings around 8. They welcome newcomers. They are pillars of the San Bernardino community. They are witty & fun & good tennis players. Sadly, the restrooms are always locked due to vandalism & crime, or the lack of funds to pay for maintenance.

This park has gone way down hill. It Is really ashamed how the city has just let this park go. The bathroom (when Its open) Is just sickening. It use to be a decent park. Now Its not a very safe place. Their Is a shooting range and tennis courts. Their Is A place to host a small event. Their Is The Jerry Lewis pool area down the road. It Is not a total loss but I would not go their. The YMCA Is just to the west . Now the trail Is great Its a nice little walk. Their Is a big parking lot their too.
Stephanie Saucedo: ★
Full of homeless people. This park was never like this. I can't even take my child to the park or tennis courts as the homeless have taken over.
