6 outdoor surface regulation size pickleball courts in and indoor / outdoor environment at Pickleball Club of Carlsbad, CA. Walk In Play 8am to 8pm. 7 days a week. Book your court time with an online system. On-site pro shop. Near a mall with plenty of fitness, restaurants, shops and cafes!

HOURLY PLAY / WALK INS
$20 per cout, per hour, includes balls and paddles

MEMBERSHIP
Basic Membership is Free and allows you to book courts and play at the Club!
$40 month – Bronze Membership adds free open play and 30 day out booking rights
$60 month – Silver Membership adds $5 off all reservations, classes and leagues

OPEN PLAY
The club is open for Open Play, Monday through Friday from 12pm to 2pm and Saturday/Sunday from 6pm-8pm. We have 3 dedicated courts for beginners and 3 dedicated courts for advanced players.

Since my son didn’t want to go to the flower fields with his mom, I brought him here because the courts were packed at the nearby Poinsettia Park. The online reservation system was easy to use, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are great. The only drawback is lob shots sometimes hit the lights/ceiling, but that’s the trade off for having the benefits of indoor shade and not having any possible windy conditions. I highly recommend and would come back anytime I’m in town on vacation.

This is a super fun place to play with lots of amenities like free demo paddles and balls, leagues, personal and group coaching, free play and intro to pickleball class for beginners Monday through Friday, ping pong, and a free skateroom for the kids. Six indoor pickleball courts. I didn't play here, however, I took a self guided tour. This would be ok to play as an alternative on a rainy day or if there was bad weather outside. The courts are very close to each other and don't have dividers to prevent the "ball on" interference. A high lob could hit the ceiling and the building posts prevent Erne shots on some courts.

My 78 year old mother invited us to play “Glow in the Dark” pickleball here. I’d always wanted to try it so we signed up. We’d never played here before and we are regularly picklers, playing 3+ times per week. We wore bright, fluorescent colors and met Mom there. It was suppose to be a social event. We were three so for the first ten minutes we just warmed up. After that, we were put into rotating groups. Unfortunately, there’s poles everywhere and the walls are very close to the last courts on the ends and the first court has a metal fence within a foot of the court so if you swing your paddle to return an angled cross court shot, you will break your paddle. As fun as it was to try it, I was cautiously on edge the entire time making sure I didn’t run into a wall, post or fence the entire time we played. It was fun to try but I personally don’t think it is safe to play here as a 50+ player.

The most annoying experience ever. We were out on court #1 and they were running a class on court 2. Aside from the dozens of people walking by our court, there must have been 100 balls hit on our court from the class. No effort made to prevent that from happening… not accommodations, nothing. We spoke to both employees working… we might as well have spoken to a whiffle ball . No options, suggestions, credits, etc. Just a blank stare and the look as though we were being a nuisance. Paid $40 for a terrible experience… save your money and go to Bobby Riggs or ponsetia. This place blows

Good luck trying to get a refund for a reservation cancelled prior to the 48hr cut off. I made a reservation in the wrong time slot by accident. I cancelled it immediately and booked the correct time (well ahead of the 48hr limit). But even after multiple calls, emails and in-person requests, I never get a reply and was never refunded my money. Evidently there is only one person who is able to process refunds and they are completely unresponsive.
