A great hidden small park. If your looking for a nice park with out a lot of crowds, homeless, athletic events, large parties, and just want a picnic spot where the kids can play and have no issues parking then this is the spot for you. It is just slightly big enough to support maybe 1 kids party but the hill slide back makes little space for party set up areas. The playground is great and shaded, exercise equipment, 3 built in tables. And a rec center full of organized activities and classes. The even have a community garden with tomatoes but it's barely kept up. No restrooms though. Pick this park as a regular family spot. Playground: Small play area but nice. Picnic area: 3 tables only

Very small park but nice little place to visit. I as getting work done at an audio shop and this was the closest park to visit and kill some time.

Absolutely Love This Park!! Very Clean, & Quiet!!
Kelly Padilla - Wright: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Its a cute little park. It's tucked away just a bit. Love that aspect. Nice soccer field. There was a mens league game going on when we visited so that was cool to watch. Looked like the play ground looks small but made great use of the space. Charming park for a quick day outing.

I enjoy bringing my kids to this park. It's a little hidden treasure in El Cajon... best part about it is no homeless laying around while your kids are playing... it's usually clean... there has been a couple of times that there are empty wrappers or bottles on the playground. The bathrooms are always clean .... oh and the playground is covered so slide is never too hot too slide on...

This is the second cute park I been to in El Cajon. I love how this city is improving by making nice clean parks for children. I hesitate going to public parks with my kids because homeless and drug addicts hanging around parks. However, this park is very clean and it has a very nice environment, I will for sure come back.
Cindy Robinson: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Beautiful facility. My son played indoor soccer and went there after school to play organized sports. One of the smaller centers. Grounds include a small backstop, newer playground, picnic tables, and a vegetable garden that gets re-planted each spring session. Supervision provided by adult REC staff. Snack bar. Big, clean restrooms. Highly recommend.
Lexus Drakeford: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Nice, small, and a great place to run. Just wish they didn't lock one of the gates which interrupts running. I would recommend this park over Wells Park because it is not overrun by the homeless.
Robert Jenson: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Nice park. Well run. We square dance once a week. We feel safe in the area in the evening. Bathrooms are clean. Not at all crowded when we have been there.
Etch: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Nice clean playground. No homeless in sight. Can get busy after school hours.
Wizerd Juice: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Small, clean and lots equipment to workout with. Parking and no restrooms. Not sure when the office is open they have restrooms.
Michael Huang: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Small and quaint - near a school - the entrance is NOT on Broadway but on Bostonia, which is a side street! Best for young children, ages 0-3.
Andrew Alegria: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Pretty nice little park. Its not great for a long walk or a big field, but nice playground and not too busy.
H. S.: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Great place for kids, occasional homeless people make it a tough time. But overall really well taken care of.
Monique Oliver: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
It's pretty good my only issue is that it opens at 2 and on Tuesdays I get out of school at 1 so I have to wait an hour until I can go there
Leilani Lui: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
A really nice park with indoor activities too. Some good memories from hanging out here.
Renee Rumsey: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
I actually never knew this park existed until I came here for a birthday party but any how I do like that there is lots of shade for the kids while they play.

Shaded playground for the kids. Picnic tables. Workout equipment for the adults some grass and tree areas to relax.

Nice Rec Center, went to play Pickleball, Nice group of people but the Depth of area at either end of the courts is too shallow to play properly and their are too many Lines on the Maple Flooring which makes for a busy visual. The lines for pickleball are hard to pick up on.
Mark Sanchez: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
Rec. Center is great however the park area at time one or both gates are locked up and not very responsible for health and safety issues.
Jojett Harris: ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…
It's small
