Refurbishment very nice. Tennis court looking good, new nets, surface and windscreens. Lights lack sufficient brightness and strength of coverage ='s dark spots.

Love coming here. Fairly big park has a pool and a McDonald's but I think it's only open during the summer time. The public pool is also open only during the summer. Three full basketball outdoor courts, two tennis courts, two baseball fields. One play area for toddlers and another for older kids.

I practically live here! The staff is nice and the playgrounds are pretty fun. Lots of open spaces of grass, tennis courts, baseball fields, basketball courts, bleachers....everything is so nice!
Eric Polk: ★★★★
Good, clean park with a recently remodelled playground. The kids love the 'tire' swing. Lots of tennis courts and basketball courts with weekend pickup games.
Frank Baldacci: ★★★★
Clean, safe and typically well maintained. Play area for young children is a plus. We often took our grandchildren there to play. Picnic table with coverings are nice too. Swimming pool, basketball courts and baseball fields are added pluses.
InnoMuzic: ★★★★★
Love this park. It has two separate play areas for bigger kids and then for smaller children and a couple of different areas with full table benches for parties and fire pits! Barbecue area and a shaded area with bench tables and another area with barbecue pits. My son loved running around in the sand area for big kids, and he's only two years old. This place is great for family outings and social gatherings for the kids!
Misha Anderson: ★★★★★
I really enjoyed my time this summer at the park. This summer, I am learning how to swim. The instructor is doing a great job.

Nicely redone park idea for 2-6 year olds I would say. Couple baseball diamonds. Great field of grass for soccer. Basketball courts (2 full court ones). Went for fair which is yearly.
Jessica Peredia: ★★★★★
There’s a toddler playground & a big kid playground. Both are always clean & well maintained. The wading pool is officially opened from 11am - 4pm. Love this park all around!
Jorge Fuentes: ★★★★
The playground is great. Has a lot of climbing and hanging parts as well as a tire swing. There is even a smaller section for the younger kids. The waddle pool is great for fighting the summer heat! The main pool is only open for lessons until July 2/3 when they will open for public use.
Al Ramirez: ★★★★★
Clean and safe park lots of space for fun the pool here is huge plenty of room for swimming and very inexpensive. Plenty of parking and lots of amenities restrooms were very clean
Gloria Valdez: ★★★★★
The park is very clean. People were friendly.
Veronica Lucio: ★★★★★
Great place to spend the day playing at the two levels of playgrouds or playing tennis. During the summer months the pool is accessible for public swim and swimming lessons. Mayfair is a beautiful and well kept park for families to enjoy all year long. Playground: Two levels of playgrounds for kids of all ages. Restrooms: Well maintained and clean bathrooms are available to the public. Dog-friendliness: Leashes are required but your pets are welcome. Picnic area: There is a charcoal grill available for picnics.

As much as I love this park and taking my kids here, I feel like I have to find the right time to go or be prepared to leave quickly as there have been a few unhoused individuals who may or may not be on substances. It can make the park feel unsafe so be mindful since it is close to the main street.
Lazarus Charity: ★★★
The women's locker room is obsolete. Locks don't work. Portion blocked off due to flooding. Change them diluting fall and winter
