Came to play pickleball on a Friday night around 7pm while visiting the area. It wasn't totally clear from the prior reviews if there would be open play but there definitely is. There are 6 courts with nets that people bring and a paddle rack. It wasn't too busy and we hardly waited between games. People were super friendly and we had a blast!

I come here to play pickle ball with friends, and everyone here is just so welcoming! As a beginner I was able to learn from the experts here. I also had tennis lessons here which was really fun! People set up six personal Pickleball nets and everyone can use it. You just have to go through the paddle system, which is super easy to understand. There is only a porta potty which can get really dirty. But if you want to go to the restroom, there are stores within five minutes to drive to. this place is super family-friendly and you could also bring your pets as long as they remain on a leash.

My kids came here to play ball the other day really small cute little park behind a school

I mostly come by in the mornings, but not to the actual park. There are pickleball courts behind the school with same name. Keep driving South along 6th Avenue to get to the courts. You will see a small parking lot and there is also street parking. All Free. I had to remove 1 star because they only have a Porta potty. Real restroom is on opposite side of fence (Restroom belongs to the school) and not accessible to Pickleball players. I have heard that this location is super busy in the evenings.
Negative Reviews:Meynard: ★
It would be nice if you could actually play tennis. All the courts are taken over by greedy pickle ball players. There are two courts with one pickle ball net on each side instead of consolidating those two in one court, so others can still play tennis. The rules say the court is open for pickle ball from Monday through Friday. I came here on Saturday
