Best Tennis courts in Inglewood, Los Angeles County for 2026

They have free sports nights here to remote the local residents being active. I happen to pass by a large pickle ball gathering.

Went for the tennis courts, we'll kept, beautiful. Restrooms: Yes

2 skate parks, turf soccer fields, hills, a playhouse, an outdoor auditorium, a pool, baseball fields, tennis courts, grass all day, paved trails, exercise equipment, trees, playgrounds, bathrooms, and the roads all around the park are barricaded off from the major through streets to limit traffic around the park. Too bad people leave their trash everywhere or it'd be a really beautiful place. Playground: There are 6 playgrounds. Yes. 6. Restrooms: There are at least 4 restroom facilities, 2 of which are new, have 6+ single stalls where doors open from the outside, and are all gendered. 2 are older, have water fountains (though I wouldn't drink the tap water in LA personally), have a row of stalls inside, might be missing some stall doors and might have unhoused people who have untreated mental illness which cause them to have conversations with themselves or no one who is really there or people who are shaking probably from withdrawals using them or loitering in them. Dog-friendliness: There is no specific fenced-in dog area, but there's lots of grass and squirrels and sometimes cats. I saw a dog chase a stray cat out into the street in front of a car last week... luckily, the car was already showing down approaching a stop sign, but you know... leashes are good. Picnic area: Loads of picnic tables at the bottom of the park; and BBQ stands.

I really enjoyed the diversity of the green spaces in Edward Vincent Jr Park and a series of recreation facilities in the park. There are soccer fields, baseball fields, tennis courts, a skate park, a play ground, and even a swimming pool! Plenty of benches in the picnic area. There are at least four public restroom buildings in the park, which is really convenient. There is a gorgeous palm tree lined street near the southwest end of the park. Looks so nice in photos.

It's huge park with walking paths, tennis courts, a pool and several picnic and play areas and a new soccer field. Plus it's filled with old oak and pine trees. It's been a favor park of mine since I was a kid.

Lovely park with varied amenities for the community (tennis & basketball courts, soccer & baseball fields, skate park, playground, pools, communiy ctr & outdoor theater). The beautiful trees and knolls make it an ideal location for walking, jogging or running and the grounds are well kept.

Wonderful park with tennis courts and a baseball field. But the bathrooms were no kept at all.

Been there since the longest and still go, it has it all from basket ball courts to the new soccer/football,lacrosse field and tennis court plus the awesome staircase to exercise or enjoy the wonderful view.

If your soul searching or visiting California for the first time this is definitely the park to visit atleast once. Everything you need, minus the free weights. But if your looking for a place for you & your family to create lasting memories, drive no further in this beautiful city of L.A. than Edward Vincent Jr. Park ; formerly known to the locals as Centinella Park. Authentic football field, clear backboard basketball courts, tennis courts, skate park, swimming pool, picnic tables, along with historic movie & landmark roots. They don't call us the City Of Champions for no reason, come play with us we help create dreams.

Nice greenery with a couple hills, a small skate park, playing fields and tennis courts. The park’s greatest strength is also its greatest weakness, being largely unregulated. It’s one of the only parks in the area I can enjoy with my dog off leash playing frisbee. Good luck trying to get a dog even near most parks in Culver.

Update: 11/01/2020 Oh except clean safe looking restrooms, I have complained for years, but they remain scary, poorly lit & unhygienic, you'd be scared to walk in, shame on the Mayor/City of Inglewood, a Billion $ stadium a mile away & our kids can't even use a decent restroom at the park, Inglewood residents please report & vote, I'm an LA resident living on Inglewood border.

Huge park with several apparatus areas (4 stars because swings have been removed), waking/running paths, tennis courts, swimming pool, and theater! Hidden gem that is hopefully fully utilized post COVID shutdown.

This park has 5 playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, exercising equipment, a pool and a skate park. I highly recommend this park to people who work out and people with kids.

BIG BIG park, free, Lots of trails, 2 football fields, 8 tennis courts, pool (just not now), kite & drone flying, and much more.

Nice size park. There are workout stations, a large and then smaller picnic areas. The skate park is on the northern Western side of the park with two baseball fields and the recently renovated Champion's Field that is used for soccer and football. The field is closed off for food, but there seems to be vendors outside the park on busier days. Make sure to review the city website for league sign ups, play performances, public events for the elderly and reserving picnic areas for larger crowds. Right now is soccer, tennis, and track. There are also multiple playground and a swimming pool area. The amphitheatre is good for getting a good step exercise as well when there are no performances. If you have younger children with you, make sure you escort them to the restrooms. The park is doing its best to keep the amenities clean and stocked, but due to it being a public park, not everyone always does their part to assist maintenance in upholding that goal. Enjoy!

Great park to bring the kids or just yourself. Work out, relax, play tennis, skate park, baseball, basketball....an Olympic size pool, amphitheater...! All in the beautiful city of Inglewood, CA. I've been in this state 5 years....and this is one, amongst many, beautiful parks in the "so-called" "Hood".

I nice park to walk your dog, jog, take your family to play tennis and skateboard at the skateboard park there.

Clean breezy lots of trees and shade nice large walking trails great for joggers or dog walkers lots of open space for picnics and relaxing under the sun. Lots of amenities such as exercise equipment along the walking trails full tennis courts full basketball courts baseball and softball diamonds a large outdoor stage and cathedral a soccer field and a brand new Football field. BBQ area with covered picnic tables a Olympic size pool and wading pool to just get your feet wet. Last but not least 8 different playground areas with swings and slides for the child in us all....ENJOY!!!

Nice big park area with recently renovated turf soccer field. They have basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, skate park, along with workout equipment along the route. They even have two kid playgrounds and an event location where there's a BBQ facility with tables. Great park.
