Best Tennis courts in Redlands, San Bernardino County for 2026

Martinez Park in Redlands

Summary / Description

6 lighted tennis courts. Courts need some updating and maintenance. No shade. Restrooms are ok, but some don't have toilet seats, no toilet seat covers, no paper towels, automatic hand dryers don't work very well. Bathrooms need major improvement, but the rest of the park is nice. Great park just be careful and mindful of other people smoking weed and or drinking alcohol and keep an eye for homeless people. There is always a little league baseball game going, the playground equipment modern and plenty of open space for picnics, as well as tables and BBQ pits. There is also a snack bar, usually open during the baseball games.

The park is alright if you need a quick stop for your kid(s) to play. It has some shade. Near a baseball field. I see a lot of kids on scooters. Has some sitting areas and have enough parking space.

Had a family event my first here ,being a retired park employee after 34 and a half years knows what it takes to keep a park green ,clean and safe park , what I found turf was in need of repair very dry and in need of over seeding ,playgrounds were well maintained but the restrooms and shelter floors were in need of pressure washing man’s toilet couldn’t flush so I’ll leave that to your Imagination of the condition it was in .
