All in one place. The park is clean and located in Bayfarm island, so you will enjoy the cool breeze. The library is nearby. It does have public restrooms. Tennis court, grocery store and lot of restaurants are in walkable distance. A few picnic tables are here.
Ed Schmollinger: ★★★★
this is a quiet park next to a small library and strip mall. the main attraction is a small, fenced playground for smaller children which is often overrun by the daycare next door. nearby, you will find a baseball field, tennis courts, and basketball hoops. the park is well-maintained and has a mix of shady/sunny and flat/mounded areas. there are a handful of picnic tables, but no grills. the park is right next to mccartney street, and there is no fence, so you might choose to be concerned about your ball, frisbee, or child finding its way into traffic.
Joseph McLaughlin: ★★★★
Nice area to take a walk. There is a little lake to walk around, with cool looking bridges. Good duck feeding place! Softball field, library, playground , tennis courts.

Lydecker Park is one of those neighborhood gems you don't fully appreciate until you visit. Tucked into a quiet residential area, it's the perfect balance of open space, play areas, and that relaxed Alameda vibe. The playground is clean, updated, and thoughtfully designed for a range of ages. Plenty of room for kids to run, climb, and explore without feeling overcrowded. Parents will love the shaded seating areas--ideal for catching a breather while still keeping an eye on the action.

I've come here a couple of times on a Sunday afternoon to play some basketball and its simply a great time here. It's generally been quite peaceful and quiet in this area with some nice grass, clear blue skies, a scenic path by some water, a playground, tennis courts, and more. Amongst the various parks to play ball at in the area, I do find this one to be particularly nice for those who already have a group to play with. The court even sports those nice Golden State Warriors colors with Steph Curry's name written on the concrete. And as one of the GOATs of basketball analysis and entertainment once said, "Look at Curry man, so inspirational."
Mike Stecher: ★★★★★
Great local park with swings and good playing structure. Basketball courts and walking path to supermarket and lagoon.

This is a nice park. There are lots of people that use it for the basketball court and the swing sets and jungle gym. I've seen quite a few games of Sandman being played. The Parks and Rec staff keep close eyes on their kids, and the baseball field merges into other open areas as well as the paths along the surrounding waterways. A library branch finishes the setup, making this a very nice public space.
George Chang: ★★★★★
Great park to play basketball
malinda sears: ★★★★★
Great place. Park for children, community center
Luis Little Bear: ★★★★
Baseball and tennis. That's it.
Nic I: ★★★★
Nice place wish it had a fenced in dog area only thing making it not 5 stars.
Harry: ★★★★★
The grass is perfect for playing sports; no feces or many holes to fall in, having a picnic or napping if you prefer. The surroundings are safe with very little to no creepers. The basketball court is as smooth as it should be. Looks like a vety delightful park.
Maxx Idle: ★★★★★
A cute little park with a Tennis & basketball court, baseball diamond, a jungle gym and a small library. There are only a few picnic tables. But it is so close the Harbor Bay shopping center which has quite a few good restraunts. Also near the park are walking biking paths that run along a whole string of lagoons lined with flowers, willows, wooden bridges and water birds.
sydnee byrd: ★★★★
This place is not the most ideal for kids under the age of 10. There are parts of the play structure that are very challenging and involve big jumps from very up high. However there are swings and slides available for the youngins. The park does not have sand, it has wood chips. Benches for lunches and lots of grass. Basketball and a library

Decent park, but wish they had a score board, considering how much baseball is played there.

Good park to walk along but the lagoon is terrifying
