One of the best neighborhoods park in Burbank..... Lots of green area to play.... Plenty of picnic tables in spots.. Excellent kids playing area, good amount of kids activity area.... Restrooms on site, pretty clean but don't expect much.... They have tennis courts and swimming pool as well.... Parking places arenaccross the roads and plenty of spaces on california and Clark St..... I saw summer camp is happening with plenty of kids..

Rather fun wet play experience. We've had several parties there. Two amazing slides, water interaction areas as well ad lap swimming options. It had a time limit of two hours which is rather lame. My advice is go further out by Santa Clareta. You can make a dAy of it

I’m homeless and this place is where I go to take shower. Nice park. Very. Except scary encounter in their public restroom. I only have one picture and there was two times happening there. Bloody floor in handicapped section
