We stayed here just 2 nights but were impressed with the place. The facilities are great (they have 2 dog parks, big pool area, fitness room, conference room, pickleball courts, billiards room and more. The staff is helpful and friendly. The photos don’t do it justice but the whole place is clean and well maintained. Very well located near restaurants and big Target. We will return. Walking distance to restaurants. On site cafe open 1-4 for lunch, also have vending machines. Kid-friendly. Felt very safe. Nearby restaurants, malls.

Staff was very friendly. Resort was clean. Pools were warm. A ton of activities from pickleball, swimming, pool tables, shuffle board, etc. We went with our camping club and had a fabulous weekend. We will be returning in October. I LOVE this place!

My husband and I stayed at GV for 2 weeks in February. It was out 1st stay at this resort and we will definitely be coming back. The park is very well maintained, spots are spacious and there is LOTS to do. We loved the 10 pickleball courts and the free lessons the resort offers to it's guests. The gym is lovely but even better are the variety of exercise classes that Shannon, their exercise instructor teaches. She is an incredible instructor and gets great crowds for all of her classes. I did not want to miss any of them. We also enjoyed the entertainment, concerts, game nights, pot lucks etc. The pool area is lovely, people love playing water volleyball as well as take water aerobics. The location is great despite it being in Hemet. Do not let that influence you. We struggled with that a bit, but once we arrived we knew we made the right choice. Everyone in the park was very friendly and helpful. The only complain I have is regarding the staff at the front desk. They seemed not very knowledgeable and we had to follow up a few times on a few things. I think they were very new employees still learning. We are looking forward to coming back next winter.

My reservation was originally from November until February but I extended until mid-April due to the truly great experience I had. The entire staff, from front office to landscapers, is extremely friendly and focused in providing campers with a great experience. Facilities are second to none with beautiful pools, hot tubs, ten pristine pickleball courts, beach volleyball, and many other well-maintained amenities amongst beautiful landscaping. There are many daily activities for everyone, of which several are organized by volunteers. Best of all is the temporary and permanent residents at the site. They become friends who you look forward to meeting the following season.I already booked my return for this fall when I look forward to another great experience and to meet the many friends that I made at Golden Village Palms. Rooms: Sites are level and full hook-up throughout. Nearby activities: Outstanding hiking within one hour drive. Downtown theatre and other sites offer nice events. Many places to visit within relatively short drive. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Safety: There is good surveillance and access control which keeps everyone safe. Walkability: Shopping, restaurants, and other sites are available within walking distance. Noteworthy details: The culture of all of the staff is excellent regarding their focus in providing a great experience.

This is an absolutely beautiful park with lots of activities. There is so much to do that you can be entertained the whole stay within the park. It has some of the nicest pickleball courts I have ever played in. Everything is very clean and the staff are very accommodating. The have live entertainment if you go on the right weekend and events going on that you can join in on. Definitely a nice stay.

We rented a Park Model (cabin) for 2 months. This is our 6th year at GVP. The location of our cabin within the Park was excellent, as are the amenities and activities within the Park. The Park Model we rented needs some paint outside and inside. There were several items missing from the kitchen. We did provide a deficiency list and all items were provided the very next day (all new). The sink was leaking under the tap and under the sink (Nothing major). There was more than ample storage. We will continue to visit GVP because of the great people (other guests) we have met and many of the great staff. There are internal politics (due to inconsistency in corporate policys). This is unfortunate as this should be/ could be the best resort in California. There seems to be a lot of distraction (from simply enjoying this facility) due to these corporate policy inconsistencies. We will return and we look forward to a great experience and hope that corporate policies are more clearly defined, tightened up and followed. The location of this facility is exceptional in accessing the coastal communities, Palm Springs, Temecula and many other adventures in the region. Golf courses are great, Concerts, poker games, pickleball and other activities within the Park are exceptional. As well, the businesses in Hemet are very welcoming and respectful. If GVP policies are addressed and compliance is assured, this would be a 10 out of 10 facility. Best regards, Dave & Roslynn McRae

Golden Village Palms RV Resort – Hemet, California. Golden Village Palms RV Resort is top-notch in every way. From the moment we arrived, we could tell this was a well-managed and thoughtfully designed resort. The gated entrance gave us a sense of security, and the grounds were beautifully maintained throughout our stay. This resort offers every amenity a traveler could want—full hookups at every site, clean and spacious laundry facilities, a large pool and spa area, pickleball courts, fitness center, and even planned activities for guests. The convenience of having everything within walking distance made our stay feel relaxing and effortless. The sites are level, roomy, and shaded by mature palm trees, creating a peaceful and scenic environment. The location in Hemet is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, yet the resort itself feels like a destination. We highly recommend Golden Village Palms to any RV travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly elevated camping experience. It’s easily one of the best RV resorts we’ve stayed at on our travels. Thomas Corrao, Stray Compass Life #straycompasslife

We ended up at this resort as a quick stopover, you know, just a place to crash before the next adventure. Well, so much for that plan! 😅 Totally fell in love with this place and have been here for over a year now. This place is immaculate, the staff is amazing, and the food? Don't even get me started! 😋 Beautiful grounds, amazing pools and spas, pickleball, dog areas, an amazing restaurant with great staff. And all the staff go out of their way to make you feel special. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life to the fullest.

We stayed at this resort for a week and I have to say, this is a clean (despite the extreme wind that fueled the LA fires) park. All of the Staff (front desk, resort employees, security, etc.) we excellent and genuinely seemed happy to have us there. We received texts every morning during our stay providing us with information about the various resort activities offered for the day (and there were quite a few), first time we have ever seen that. The roads and spaces can be a little tight to maneuver if you have a longer rig and there are no pull-through sights, but since it wasn't very crowded, we did fine. The resort has pickleball courts, tennis courts, a putting green, sand volleyball court, horseshoes, 3 pools, a large well equipped fitness room, billiards, etc. It is centrally located on one of the main streets in town, so you do get some traffic noise, but nothing too distracting. There are some semi-permanent park models in the resort, but they are clean and well maintained and only comprise about 5% of the resort's available spaces, so there is plenty of capacity. There are lots of nearby stores (grocery and regular retail) within walking distance of the resort and plenty of restaurants as well, which is nice. Other "campers" in the park were very nice and welcoming as well. The only things I could say that we didn't care for was the laundromat pricing, garbage collection, and the bathrooms could use some updating, but the resort is very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and had the LA fires and wind not been going strong, we might have stayed for longer, but we needed to get out before the net round of Santa Anna winds. We would highly recommend this resort and will stay here again.

This is a very peaceful and fun place to relax and get some sun. The pickleball and pools and special activities make it easy to stay for a while. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is will maintained and nicely landscaped. It deserves its reputation!

While this is a very nice park, I feel it is over priced at almost $1200 for a month plus electricity. The park does over several activities, at an additional cost. It does have a very nice pool area. 3 pools, 3 jacuzzi. Shuffleboard and pickleball courts. The largest laundry room I have seen. Over priced at $5 to wash, $5 to dry. All very nice and clean. Safe park that is gated with a guard. However it is in the city and therefore very loud with all the cars and emergency vehicles. A firehouse is just over the back fence. And we were 2 rows away from it. Doubtful that I would stay again.

This is one of the best RV resorts that we have been to we stayed here little over 7 months. The park itself is really well maintained and it’s very lively and active. I am convinced that no other RV resort will be comparable to this one!!! It’s gated community which is a plus since Hemet is not the safest place of riverside county. But it’s towards the west end of town. But anything east is a bit sketchy. This park has all the common amenities, gym, pools, pickleball courts, laundry room, etc. I will say that the laundry room is nice however it is really overpriced. In the bathrooms/showers it often has a smell, but on some days, it’s not so bad! I wish the dog parks could be a bit bigger.

We were a large group of about 82 guests. We rented cottages and RV sites. This was our RV club rally. We give our entire experience five stars. The hospitality and attention from all staff was o er the top. The Chef and kitchen staff went over board to suit all of our needs. They catered four meal, all excellent. Pickle courts…fantastic… even the other visitors who were staying at the resort, befriended us and hung out a bit and invited our group into their pickleball circle. Nice dog park. RV sites super clean and spacious. Pools are heated and super clean.

We stayed at this RV resort for 4 months (Nov 2022 to Feb 2023) and had a great time! This is the top 1 or 2 RV resorts we've stayed at. The resort has so many amenities and lots of events and the staff go out of their way to ensure guests have a great time. In particular we really appreciated the above and beyond effort that Josh made including setting up indoor pickleball courts in the auditorium to make up for the fact that the weather was not cooperating for us to use the outdoor courts. He is the best! The resort also has some wonderful volunteers including Thea who is just outstanding! Thea makes everyone feel welcome and is just such a joy to be around. Love this place!

We love to stay at GVP RV RESORT. The staff is great and provides EXCELLENT customer service. We love the grounds that offer plenty of are to walk, play pickleball, volleyball, shuffleboard, a gym, and a beautiful extremely large resort pool area to play and swim. The park is close to shopping and entertainment.

This RV Resort is fantastic. Very high end, clean and well maintained. All of the staff were beyond friendly. The amenities like pickleball, horseshoes, billiards, shuffleboard and pool area are first class. The chef did an amazing job on the poolside bbq they offered (for a small fee). Even if you are not staying at the resort I recommend going to the Sunday Brunch. It is top notch and very affordable (I believe Sunday brunch is open to non guests). Definitely will drive the 2000 km to stay here again.

We were here for an RV Rally and had a blast! The resort has multiple pools in one location. Huge banquet room and service-friendly staff. Additionally, our rally had several meals served to large crowds and the food didn't disappoint. I would recommend coming here and they also have several pickleball courts if that's important to you. We utilized it on several occasions in the morning

This is a very nice RV resort. We stayed from Nov-March. Their gym is the best I have seen for an RV place and I have been full timing for 5 years. They have plenty of activities from pickleball, volleyball, concerts, yoga, crafting and even genealogy. They have two nice fenced dog areas, and lovely pools and hot tubs. Hemet has everything you need but you can also drive to more upscale Temecula for malls and Costco. The only downside is the smell that wafts in most evenings. Hemet is an agricultural area so it smells like it but we just closed the windows and reminded ourselves that most of the time there is no smell. We would definitely come back.

This little oasis is surrounded by great restaurants shopping and two beautiful nearby lakes. We had the opportunity to visit the nearby Temecula wine country as well as San Diego. The resort itself is very well-maintained and has so many amenities I can only name a few; including swimming pools, Pickleball courts, a well equipped billiards room, a gym and a shuffleboard pavilion and laundry facility. Included are a banquet room, a ballroom, and an outdoor garden area where many events take place. Josh and Laney coordinate everything from Pickleball lessons boxing classes to weekend barbecues karaoke nights, bingo on Wednesdays and sometimes movie nights by the pool. It was amazing to experience the level of service from the amazing office staff and the in house chef. As well as fun this resort provides. We especially love the daily two hours of water volleyball every morning in the heated pools. Most everything was included in our stay wether we’re here for a long weekend or a few months, there are nominal fees for cover band concerts and events like they’re amazing Mother’s Day brunch. Over the years, we have made friends with people from all over our country as well as Canada. There are nightly games like cribbage card, games, and Mexican train, Their RV sites accommodate any type or size of RV and there are always beautiful cottages for sale or rent. There are a few permanent residents here who are very welcoming and involved in coordinating events, and always encourage visitors to join in the activities. Already looking forward to our next visit

We had such a great experience today. Josh came out and helped my husband, 3 grandchildren, and I, learn how to play Pickleball for the first time. He was so kind and patient. The kids had a wonderful time. I have wanted to learn how to play for awhile now, and I’m sure my husband and I will continue to play. Thank you, Josh, for helping us to understand the game and explaining the rules so that we all had a GREAT time.

Just want to give a shout out to the desk staff. Lorrienda, Bianca and Vanessa who took our call to get us a spot. All three were very helpful, sweet and just downright hospitable. Thank you ladies for making us feel at home! We will surely give a rating on the park after our 2 weeks are up but so far it's been great! Just want to add that my husband who played Pickleball and he said Josh was very helpful and helped him learn some new things about pickleball. Thanks Josh

Although the weather was less than cooperative this winter, the staff at GVP made this a fabulous experience. Josh developed an incredible entertainment program, adding a pickleball tournament and bringing back the pros for lessons. Ed, the GM, was a pleasure to deal with as were Terri et al at the front desk, the gate staff and the maintenance team. Thank you all!
