Best Tennis courts in Irvine, Orange County for 2026

26 courts including a Stadium Court. City of Irvine runs a wonderful tennis program for kids and adults. The staff is wonderful. Victor Ranches runs a tight ship and keeps the facilities in excellent condition. The staff is efficient and friendly. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you. Bring your own water and snacks if you have a tournament or match. It’s not convenient to get to the vending machines. Parking is tough on weekends when there are soccer events as tennis courts share parking lot with the many soccer fields.

This is an amazing tennis court. You wouldn’t think it’s free it is so clean and fancy looking. We were hesitant that it wouldn’t be a free one. But it is. And I like that it is staffed so you can check in and know wait time if all courts are full. We usually go on weekday mornings and never have a wait unless summer camp is there. And even then never more than 10 min wait. The staff keep track of time and are always friendly. Only downfall is getting to the staff. Sometimes they are on different sides of the tennis area. So it’s a long walk since there are so many courts. Also always plenty of parking at the park. Courts are clean and gorgeous and staff are nice.

Great courts with a slightly inconvenient booking system. All players must be present to book a court. Wait times vary. Lights are very bright so the courts are probably the best in OC for night games. When the orange light says says to blink, you need to hit the button outside or your lights will turn off. There's an ant problem so pocket those tennis balls attentively.
